About this venue

The Two Sisters Event Venue located in Downtown Franklin, Virginia is a 5000 sq. foot building that is a fresh and bright space decorated in hues of a neutral grey and blue. It has a very large banquet room with 20 60" round tables and 150 banquet chairs. In addition there is a buffet room with 6 rectangle tables, another separate room that can be used for a bridal room, photobooth, etc. We also include a Warming kitchen for your caterers to prepare your meals and bathrooms. We rent for all events, parties and business functions. We give you plenty of time to setup your events and offer tours for you to view the space in person. We offer a weekday Mon. - Thurs. Fee of $400 and a weekend Fri, Sat. or Sun. Fee of $850.

There are 20 round tables and banquet seating for 150 people included with the rental fee as well as 6 rectagle tables.

Yes, you have the option of renting white table linens for both the round and rectangle tables. Call us for pricing.

You can get into the event space at 9am in the morning and do not have to be out till midnight. That is so you have plenty of time to setup and cleanup once your event is over.

Yes, we have plenty of parking across the street from us and behind the building.

You will need to get a one day banquet license for your event. We can help with that. It will cost around $40.
