Escape to the beautiful Virginia countryside and celebrate all weekend long at Tranquility Farm. Our boutique venue offers a relaxing 48-hour experience and stunning indoor and outdoor spaces, perfect for staying safe. Make the farm your own and host all festivities here, including rehearsal dinner and brunch. Enjoy luxurious accommodations for 16 guests for two nights. Our Antique Barn has been updated with climate control, bathrooms & catering kitchen. Nestled in D.C.'s wine country, the farm is convenient to Dulles Airport.

Yes, our couples buy their own wine, beer and liquor and have it served by their caterer. We do require you obtain a Virginia ABC license.
Yes, we have plenty of space for self-parking, although you may offer your guests valet parking.
Our farm is located 30 minutes from Dulles International Airport. You can reach our venue by private car or taxi.
Yes, we require you obtain liability insurance, which is priced at $300.
Your reservation includes exclusive use of the property from Noon Friday to 3 p.m. Sunday or about 48 hours.
Yes, the buildings are accessible and guests can be driven anywhere on the property.
Exclusive use of the property for the weekend (48 hours), all event spaces, and lodging for 16 guests for two nights. Tables and chairs to seat 100 guests for the reception.
Booking fees and all payments made including deposits are non-refundable, unless we are able to re-book your date.
