About this venue

UNION is Kansas City’s most versatile, multi-level event venue. It was designed with every detail in mind to seamlessly host a variety of events. Its vibrant, raw and industrial elements create a stunning ambiance that needs very little, if any, decor. UNION's three floors of event space can each seat up to 200 guests, plus our fully-furnished Speakeasy can accommodate 100 for a cocktail-style reception. UNION offers flexible rentals, including 24-hour, multi-day and hourly, the freedom to choose your own vendors, tables and chairs, complimentary wifi and is pet-friendly.

    We held our welcome dinner for all our guests at UNION and it was a great location and we loved working with them! It’s a huge space and there are so many options of what you can do with the different floors. We especially loved they had the speakeasy as an option. They were also very reasonably priced!

    They went above and beyond to make our day absolutely perfect! To start, the venue is a one-stop shop. We used one floor for the ceremony, the speakeasy downstairs for cocktail hour and the after party, and upstairs for the reception. They also have a rooftop with the most gorgeous downtown views which we used for our first look and pictures. The bridal suite was beautiful and was the perfect spot for hanging out with my girls and getting ready. Jess and Madison answered every single question we had and made the magic happen! We wanted a picture with Bird scooters and they took it to the next level… They brought them on the roof for the BEST pics! UNION also allows for a 24 hour rental so we didn’t have to worry about rushing out and packing up the night of our wedding. HANDS DOWN would choose this venue 100x over!
