Villa Francesca is an intimate event venue at a historic home with landmark designation in the beautiful village of La Jolla in San Diego. Built in 1928 and surrounded by lush gardens, the Spanish villa style suits the Mediterranean vibe of its coastal location, bringing your event old-world charm with modern flair. The owner and resident, Francesca herself, has put her mark on this enchanting home with custom mosaics, hand-selected tiles, a koi pond, seasonal gardens, local historic photographic prints, and more.

Included in the property are a variety of spaces to choose from for your special event. The Front Lawn: Enclosed garden and lawn including handmade mosaic ceremony site and custom tiled steps. Garden Courtyard: Spanish villa-style backyard with pergola-covered al fresco dining area, koi pond, and lush garden. Gourmet Kitchen: Newly renovated with gourmet appliances and attached dining room opening up to Garden Courtyard. The Lounge: Adjacent suite with sofa, counter space, and restroom, which can be used for getting-ready, photo booth setup, greenroom, coatcheck, or whatever you like! The Casita: Newly constructed ocean-view apartment, designed to match the historical integrity of the whole property, overlooking the Garden Courtyard.
