Video exists in my life as an extension of everything I love about photography. Something drew me to it, and with the ever expanding video modes of my photo cameras, practice became commonplace. Being able to tell storying audibly as well as visually adds a level of depth that is hard to reach within photography. You can feel the story take you through a place in time. Moment capturing in all its beauty.

I'm a people pleaser, but I love what I do and I refuse to compromise on it. My 'easy going but still get it done' attitude leads to amazing relationships, both with my clients and the people I work along side. It's in part what makes shooting the wedding my absolute favorite part of the video making process!

Description

Part of my process in capturing these memories is to create a space for you to slow down and be present in each moment. It is with this in mind that I offer exclusive, full day coverage for your wedding. My day starts 60-90 minutes before you get dressed, and I stav until about 60 minutes into the dance partv. I then take everything that I have shot and experienced on your wedding day, and create a cinematic film 5-8 minutes in length. Full 20-30 minute wedding films also available.

    I have worked with Alex many times over the years. He is always professional, easy to work with, and very down to earth. He is a great communicator for when he needs to be away from the main location to capture those special photos of the couple or family, such as sunset pics or other special spots. Looking forward to working with him again soon!!

    I’m not sure if Alex knows this, but the first wedding I ever shot was with him and I was so nervous! Transitioning into weddings has not been easy but Alex was so kind and helpful. He never once made me feel inferior or uneducated (can’t say that for everyone I’ve worked with). I don’t care if you’re the best photographer in the world- if you’re an a**hole I don’t want to work with you. Looking at Alex’s portfolio, it’s obvious he’s a great photographer. More importantly, he’s relaxed, gentle and easygoing. Ive seen him pivot when the skies opened up and started downpouring 5 minutes before an outdoor ceremony was set to start and he never once panicked. Know that out of all the stressful things that can happen when planning and executing a wedding, photography won’t be one of them with Alex on your team. I look forward to working together again.
