Would NOT recommend We had many extended family members come into town from all over the United States, Canada, and India, so we made time after our ceremony to do family portraits. One month after our wedding day, we received our pictures. We received approximately 20% of these pictures in our album. This was especially frustrating because we paid additional money for extra time and spent weeks attempting to get them to honor the price for additional photographers so that we could accommodate family portraits. It took about 6 weeks waiting for email responses and calling our project manager to finally get all our images. We had a lead and associate photographer and a lead and associate videographer. The associate videographer was at my home (the bride) the morning of the wedding. After getting our final full length, trailer, and teaser, there were NO video clips of me, (the bride) getting ready in the morning. The edits and music were choppy, as if it was not reviewed before releasing to us. At this point, we were exhausted working with BDF, and just wanted to complete this project with them. My brother works as a video editor, so we paid an ADDITIONAL 600 for all of our raw footage. We now have a trailer to look back on, only because of my brother, which cost us extra fees and stress.
