About Festivity Films
Festivity Films
Festivity's films are fun, joyful and often fast paced, though we do enjoy a good romantic flick, too. We like to find the humorous moments, and we thrive on action, working to be there in the unexpected as well as pre-planned moments. We've got about a decade of experience under our belts capturing and editing wedding footage, first for other companies, and for the past six years for our own. Shooting wedding films is stressful, but amazingly rewarding when a couple tells us that they love the film and will treasure it and share it with existing and future family and friends.
We offer unobtrusive, documentary and cinematic coverage to capture all aspects of the wedding day. We specialize in professional client relations, an artistic eye for detail, high quality image and audio production and creative editing. We plan our coverage based on our clients' preferences and wishes, seeking to tell your unique story and reflecting your personalities. We do all of our editing ourselves, so we can ensure a custom, unique film for each client. We are continually updating and upgrading our equipment so we can get the shots we want.

WOW! Super happy with the end result
Absolutely thrilled with our experience with Festivity Films! From start to finish, they were incredibly professional and attentive to our vision. The videos beautifully encapsulated the magic of our special February 2024 wedding day at The Cliff House. As a same-sex couple, we felt fully supported and understood throughout the process. Their talent in capturing every precious moment surpassed our expectations. Too overwhelmed and exhausted by decision fatigue we had Festivity Films choose the music for our videos and were pleased with what they chose—definitely got the vibes just right! We highly recommend Katya and Jenny (the folks behind Festivity Films!) to anyone seeking exceptional wedding videography!
Great team
Katya and Jenny were so great to work with. I highly recommend them. We got married in Maine but we live in Massachusetts so finding vendors was a challenge, given that we couldn't sit down with them. Katya and Jenny made a point to have a Zoom meeting with us so they could meet us and see what kind of couple we were. They answered all of our questions and always communicated with us up to the wedding and beyond. They arrived to our venue promptly and captured every moment without being intrusive. We received our video very quickly and they even went back and added a few moments for us after the fact. Our video came out beautiful. I'm so happy we decided to have a videographer and moreover that we were able to work with such a great team.
Laughter & Happy Tears
Katya and Jenny were so wonderful to work with from the start! They worked with us to make sure they knew what we were hoping for in our wedding film. They made us feel comfortable, and were so flexible and knowledgeable. They noticed that there was not a lot of footage of everyone dancing by the time they were scheduled to leave, based on the hours that we chose. So on the spot they asked us if we wanted to add an hour, because they noticed that the dancing was really starting to pick up. They were also super flexible with the length of films that we chose. We originally picked the short film, but then decided that we also wanted a full feature film. They were able to do both, which is so amazing. It has been fun to watch the short film with friends, and to be able to see all of the different parts of the day in the full feature film together, and with close family. They clearly know what they are doing, as the shots were gorgeous, and the editing and music made us feel like we were there again. We laughed and cried watching the videos over and over again. It is such a special way to relive the best day! Thank you so much, Katya and Jenny!

Katya's work is fantastic. We were originally not planning to hire a videographer for our day and we are SO glad that we did. Katya captured moments and emotion that cannot be portrayed with just a photograph. Her eye is incredible and she never missed a thing or needed direction about where to go. Through Katya, we were able to relive the best parts of our day and see moments big and small that we missed at the time: a hug between family before the ceremony, my grandmother on the dance floor, etc. She captured so many of our guests in addition to all of our important moments. When we showed the video to people, they all said, "Wow, I didn't even notice her there at that time!" which just speaks further to her ability to blend in and get natural moments captured. The thing we loved the most about Katya's work was that she infused natural sound from our day in the videos: the pop of a champagne bottle, the clapping or laughter of friends and family, the music we used in our ceremony, etc. It felt more personal than some over-produced videos from other vendors. We definitely recommend her to anyone!
