Hello, my name is Nate, and my team and I have a goal to serve a couple by creating a memorable and compelling story to last for years to come. The Silver package includes 2 cinematographers to cover your wedding more completely and allows us the time to get more cinematic shots (drone, steady-cam, slow-motion, time-lapse).

    Very unprofessional. I wish I could recommend him because he was so easy to talk to and has serious talent, but he lacks professionalism because he will not communicate and often lies when he gives you a timeline. He was wonderful to work with on the day of the wedding, he was friendly, posed us well, and is super fun, but here I am three months later with no completed wedding video or photos. The package I bought guaranteed a 30 day service in which I was supposed to receive all products (the highlight video, wedding ceremony edit, and photos) and this was not given to me in that timeline. When I did receive the photos the images were orange (my colors were pink) with not a hint of pink anywhere to be seen. He has been supposedly re-editing the photos for the past month with promises for them to be returned “soon” but I have not received communication or the finished products. I am highly disappointed and would caution any bride from hiring him because this has been so painful for me and I wish I had gone with a different company. I am sad because I believe he is genuinely talented but until he gets his act together he will not be able to have a successful business.

    I wanted SOO bad to write a raving review about this company. I do want to start off with how amazing the photographer and videographer were the day of. But sadly the communication completely ruined the experience. We got a GREAT price and package. We were supposed to be contacted 3 days after completing our first payment and had already made contact and confirmed the date. We never did get any messages. I even emailed a couple questions and never got responses. We never got scheduled for our engagement photos(included in our package). But chose to overlook that because the price was still great and we loved their work. The day of was Amazing. Everything went smoothly. We were then supposed to get our pictures within 30 days after the wedding. They were late which we didn’t mind except for the fact no one let us know. I messaged and emailed them a couple times with no real response. Eventually we got a response that we would get the video a week later which I then had to message them about and got it a couple weeks after. Had to message them a few more times and eventually talk about communication being an issue again to finally receive our photos 2 months later. We wouldn’t have minded waiting if the communication was there. We completely understand how much work goes into this art. The pictures and videos were AMAZING they were beautiful truly. But in the end I messaged back about extremely important pictures missing after going through them and were now a month later and still to this day missing a response at all. We also never recieved any raw footage that was supposed to be included as well. Leaves us wishing we chose someone else in the end. Extremely disappointed in that. Just wanted the future brides to know the problems I ran into and I hope no one has to go through this.

    Videography was a decision my husband and I made the month before the wedding and we are so happy we chose Nate Franklin Films. On such short notice Nate worked us into his busy schedule and was always responsive. He was always willing to work with us and see our video vision. He was so easy to work with the day of the wedding and worked flawlessly with all our other vendors. We were thrilled with our video (done super quickly might I add!). Will recommend Nate Franklin Films to anyone!
