White Diamond Lavender Farms is a 10 acre lavender farm situated in the heart of the midwest just outside of the surprising little town of Hope, IN.​ We are a seasonal U-Pick lavender farm and event venue. Our property boasts a 7600 square foot barn. Our barn is newly remodeled with a 460 square foot wrap around front porch up-cycled from century old barn beams from Salem, IN. The Elisha Morgan Mansion is a Flemish Bond brick farm mansion, built in 1817, and stands as a treasured historic landmark in the City of Fairfield. It has been determined that the house, as it presently stands, was constructed in three stages. The original Federal-style front portion, facing Ross Road, was built for Elisha Morgan in 1817. The second Greek Revival-style extension was added in 1858 by David Hueston. There is also a one-story third addition with a shed roof.

Black Walnut Grove Estate is located on a historic family farm in West College Corner, Indiana just a few minutes west of Oxford, Ohio. This beautiful country estate features a historic 19th-century farmhouse, a rustic timber frame, post and beam constructed barn with hand-hewn wood throughout, and a mid-century two-bedroom guest cabin. Although the house and barn are no longer part of a functioning farm, the current owner has transformed the 11-acre grounds into a cozy and elegant venue, complete with plenty of vintages and rustic charm, for weddings and other events.
