The Spot is a 6,500 sq. ft. private event venue with seating for up to 225 guests. Gorgeous exposed brick and original hardwood flooring offer the charming industrial aesthetic so sought after in historical buildings across the city. A catering prep kitchen and 2 bars with plenty of refrigeration and ice, as well as a beautifully funished bridal suite are all included, and so are plenty of tables and chairs. Inspired by the airy tranquility of the California desert, west coast vibes, and a little Palm Springs glam, this 11,000 square foot industrial beauty has been transformed into a celebration destination only 10 miles east of downtown Cincinnati. To create a base palette for you, we’ve salvaged the original 1950 structure and elements of the building, to allow its history to shine through. The open space includes exposed rafters, polished concrete floors, and extra large windows for natural light. We’ve layered in modern amenities and elegant lighting.
