The former schoolhouse now features lodging and dining areas while the auditorium now serves as your wedding and reception area. This beautiful house now not only has the perfect event space, but also boasts six spacious guest rooms each with a private bathroom making the immersive Blanford House experience unparalleled.

Boasting both intimate indoor and outdoor gathering spaces, The Old Brick House is the ideal setting for unique private celebrations, exceptional outdoor weddings, reunions, parties or just about any event. We would love to be that “special place for your day.” It is situated on 3 acres of land where you can hear the sound of tree frogs at night and the creek running across the road. This property is well shaded with lots of outdoor space perfect for a quiet get a way for couples or families.

The Tucker Homestead is a beautiful historic home with history and elegance dating back to 1910. The setting is on a large farm that is surrounded by rolling hills and knob land. From the house, to the beautiful log cabin located adjacent to the house, large mature trees, landscaped grounds, the spacious patio with a fireplace makes a perfect setting and backdrop for your special day. An additional house is provided for the bride and her bridesmaids to have their hair and makeup done. The bride then comes to the Homestead house to get into her dress for first looks and photos. The groomsmen have a beautiful Log cabin to get ready in and await the time. There are different packages to accommodate your wedding guest list. Caron Tucker, the owner is on the grounds at all times to make sure your day is stress free and to make sure everything goes smoothly. Duck Pond Manor was originally known as the England Mansion. The mansion’s building process began in 1861(according to family stories). The house was finally completed Dec 27, 1867. This 5000 sq ft mansion was built using bricks fired in a kiln right in the farm. The original Apple House still stands behind the mansion.
