Our Farm sits on 54-Acres in Bucks County. Our Seed Barn was originally built back in the 1820's. Our Seed Barn was restored in the Summer of 2016 & seats 160-200 people. Here you will find a pool table, TV, lounge seating area & more. In 2020 we built our Harvest Barn attached to the Seed Barn through a breezeway. Constructed in 1932, this vintage barn oversees 12+ acres of native grasslands – a rich habitat for wildflowers, birds and butterflies – and a historic farmhouse built in the 1750s by a second-generation Quaker farmer. The property is also home to Pinelands Preservation Alliance, whose mission is to protect the natural resources, history and culture of this unique region. In 2017, the Alliance transformed the barn into a great gathering place. The recently completed renovation brings contemporary comfort and energy efficiency to a setting that still retains its authentic character. The Tavern (Groom's Tavern) has its original barn beams as this was at one time a bank barn. The rustic charm matches the rod iron chandeliers in the room leading to the tavern. In 2007 the former owners built an addition to the facility that speaks volumes, equipped with windows throughout to show off the amazing view... It really is breathtaking. Today the owners have renovated all the rooms in the building but, kept the rustic charm. Day of coordinator, bartenders, and service staff along with all china, glassware, flatware & 59 colors of linens are included in our catering rates. We established our farm in 1981. Over the years, we have had the pleasure of providing our family and friends a beautiful scenic space for unforgettable celebrations. Pheasant Run Farm Bed and Breakfast is a 48 farm, the original stone barn of the farm has been lovingly re-purposed into a bed and breakfast. The bed and breakfast features 4 overnight rooms. The ground floor, with separate entrances, has a large banquet room and a separate adjoining space perfect for indoor ceremonies and dancing. Outside the doors of the reception rooms is a large brick patio and pollinator garden, just right for cocktail hour. At the edge of the woods is a huge Maple tree and a waterfall where most of our couples choose to have their wedding ceremony. Pheasant Run Farm Bed and Breakfast is just 10 minutes from the city of Lancaster in a private rural setting with an elegant flare.

Battlefield Bed and Breakfast is the dream venue for any couple looking for a historical property in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. The Civil War-era barn and farmhouse sit on the Gettysburg Battlefield and allow for indoor or outdoor ceremonies and receptions. The 1820’s Civil War Barn accommodates up to 140 guests and houses a dressing room. It is most comfortable May-November, as the weather affects the temperature in the barn. There are several lawns and gardens for beautiful outdoor ceremonies and cocktail hours. The Solarium, which is available year round, features natural sunlight, a dramatic historic fireplace, cathedral ceiling, and chandeliers. Cecil Creek Farm is a 42-acre organic farm with a wedding barn in the Southern New Jersey area. The rustic barn features barnboard interior walls with vintage green shutters on the inside of the windows. The venue offers multiple outdoor or indoor settings for ceremony and cocktail hour before heading into the barn for dinner and dancing! This working organic vegetable and flower farm provides couples with two beautiful horses in a sunset-filled pasture overlooking the pond and galvanized windmill to take pictures before heading inside for their reception. The venue is located roughly 30 minutes from downtown Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, with plenty of hotels/ inns for overnight guest accommodations nearby!

Mark and Karlen have been restoring the farm for 19 years, one thing has been maintained as much as possible in its original form, the barn. The historic late 1800’s bank barn has many of the original board siding, only to be replaced in-like when needed. It boasts a very large 4 bay layout with the original chestnut flooring. The board siding allows the light to dance off the beautiful wood floors. It is a privilege for Mark and Karlen to invite you into their treasured barn and grounds.

Plan the perfect country wedding at Fairwinds Farm in an intimate, shaded outdoor setting! Pass through the arbor where we will pick up the bride in her choice of three wedding carriages and transport her to the wedding site. After the ceremony, bride and groom are seated in the carriage where guests greet them on their way to the reception area. Our outdoor ceremony site overlooks a horse pasture under the trees where your guests are seated comfortably. Rain? No problem! Our reception tent has a carpeted area for indoor ceremony in case of inclement weather. After the ceremony, we will take you by carriage to the beautifully lit reception site. Our carpeted tent includes a dance floor, bar, housing for kegs, and seating for guests including round tables, white folding chairs, and a “sweetheart table."

This historic estate sits on a secluded the 23 acre East Lake. The mansion can sleep up to 14 guests overnight. Minimum night stay is 2 nights unless the wedding guest list is under 35. We can accommodate up to 50 guests in the mansion for small indoor weddings. Tents and rentals and catering are by our selected vendors and we can assist with all of your wedding needs from music to flowers to makeup artists and hairstylists.

Built By Dimmick Drake in 1906, Castle Inn was the last of the great hotels to be built in Delaware Water Gap, Pennsylvania. Tourists flocked to the Gap to escape the summer heat and enjoy the beauty of the Delaware River. Designed by German architect Robert Brueckner, Castle Inn was constructed of poured concrete and timber beams, a European construction technique unusual in the United States at the time.

We have a lovely ceremonial area above the pastures in our old growth apple orchard that overlooks the surrounding Appalachian Mountains.

We have 45 yachts in our fleet sailing from NY & NJ. They are ideal for groups of 12 to 1,200 guests. We appeal to the couple who is looking for something unique and festive, yet classy. We are definitely not cookie-cutter. You and your guests will enjoy dining, dancing, sightseeing and celebrating while sailing on the Hudson Harbor. Our wedding packages include a number of amenities, which differ from boat to boat.
