I believe love is love and happily photograph couples of all backgrounds, orientations, religions and gender expressions. I aim to create authentic and emotive images for my clients and edit true to color so the work will be timeless. My personality is friendly and warm, which helps make my couples feel at ease and open up in front of the camera. I donate $100 from every wedding day package to a non profit organization (either the ACLU, End the Backlog or the Triple Negative Breast Cancer Foundation) because I believe paying it forward in honor of love is an excellent first step into marriage.

Jenna was so helpful! We had a very small wedding in June and then a larger party in September. Jenna split up her package in a flexible way so that she photographed both. She put us completely at ease, was great with a crowd, and loved our dog, Cody! The preview was ready incredibly quickly (I think within three days) and the whole batch of photos came out beautifully. I hope to never have another wedding, but if I did, I would hire Jenna again!

I am an elopement and wedding photographer based in Northern California, who shoots for the fun quirky weirdos who are unabashedly themselves. I capture the perfection that you are while having a laugh and (almost assuredly) crying along while you read your vows. My name is Katelyn and I want to meet you!

Awarded Best of Zola
We are so incredibly grateful to have had Katelyn as our wedding photographer. Not only is she an extremely talented and professional photographer, she is an amazing human being that was so comforting to have throughout the wedding planning process and on the day of. She is simultaneously playful, flexible, and organic as well as organized and methodical throughout her photoshoots and has taken the best, most extensive set of photos of us as a couple to capture such an awesome moment in time. We had a wedding ceremony and reception with a ton of things going on and huge shot list that Katelyn executed flawlessly and went above and beyond to fully document our big day. Can't recommend her enough!!!

C Wagner Photography & Design LLC

Oakland, CA

  • Starts at $5,000

I’m Cherlyn (rhymes with Berlin). So nice to e-meet you! If we met in person and it wasn’t during a pandemic- I would probably hug you! I’m an introvert-extrovert and tend to ramble too much when I get nervous. In emails - I tend to use exclamation points a lot!! (and will agonize over my drafts of emails before sending them because they probably have one too many!!) My aim as your photographer is to provide a memorable experience where you two feel comfortable, taken care of, and get to fully enjoy your wedding day as much as possible with all your guests & loved ones - whether they be in real life or via livestream!

Cherlyn is a dream. A friend of ours recommended her to us for our engagement photos and I swear she has some inside scoop with the sun because the lighting was insane (in a good way). She literally managed to find every single shimmer the golden hour had to offer. My husband (never gets old) and I pulled together a somewhat last minute ceremony and reached out equally last minute to see if she was available, and thankfully she was. Our ceremony was followed by dinner and drinks at two separate locations hours apart - so we had super low expectations for capturing the whole day. Cherlyn not only came to each location, she helped with set up, and did her thing making sure every special moment was photographed. She's personable, thoughtful and will go out of her way to make you and your partner feel comfortable. For us she felt like an extension of our community and a new friend. If you're in the SF Bay Area, look no further. You won't be disappointed.

Marisa Ruth Photography

5.0

Castro Valley, CA
  • Photojournalistic style
  • Starts at $4,000

Hey, I'm Marisa! I work with couples to help capture their dream wedding day! Most days you can find me drinking coffee in front of my computer editing the day away. If I’m not home in the SF Bay Area, I’m most likely in the Sierras or at a session off the grid. Outdoor adventures light up my soul! I basically live out of a duffle bag. In my free time you can find me drinking wine with friends, maybe on a run, laying around with my dog, near a lake or finding the best tacos.

Marisa is truly the best! When my husband and I first booked her last year, we were nervous to do our engagement photos, we were and are (lol) not the “photogenic/IG” type couple. But Marisa ran with it and made the whole session comfortable and embraced our quirky-ness! Fast forward to our wedding (2weeks ago) Marisa and her team were a dream! My husband and I didnt feel awkward, they were all so great no matter what scenario and/or event came up! (Insert ants) I’m so happy to have had Marisa be a part of such a special day for my husband and I! There is no one else I would go to for my future life events! Thank you so much Marisa!!

A Perfect Impression

5.0

Brentwood, CA

  • Starts at $2,195

A renowned wedding photography studio in the San Francisco Bay Area, has been capturing beautiful wedding moments for over two decades. In partnership with Wedgewood, our classically trained photographers and videographers cover around 100 weddings annually. We excel in not just photography but also in coordinating and assisting, ensuring a seamless and memorable wedding day for each couple.

API was our recommended vendor from our wedding venue. When choosing our wedding day photographer, we didn't know where to start, so we decided to go with API. This decision turned out to be one of the best during our wedding planning! First of all, their sales office is fantastic—informative, easily reachable via email, and with prompt responses. As our wedding date approached, Aaron (I think he is the manager) scheduled a phone call with us and went over all the details. He offered valuable recommendations, such as optimizing the photographer's time, leaving us reassured. Thomas and Emily were assigned to us. During the morning's traditional tea ceremony at the hotel, Thomas came with previous experience with tea ceremony. He was able to captured all the significant moments for us! He is also very familiar with our wedding venue, he recommended numerous picturesque spots for beautiful pictures. My husband and I are definitely not photogenic. Thomas's guidance on posing was incredibly helpful, and we adore his photography style! We really appreciate Thomas went above and beyond to ensure our wedding day was beautifully documented. Emily was also amazing and exceptionally helpful! I had Thomas again for our engagement shoot(it comes with the Rome package). His work on our city hall photos was outstanding, and we're using them for our wedding thank-you cards! We had some requests and Thomas fulfilled them all! Thank you so much Thomas and API!

I would love to be a huge part of your entire process from overall planning to execution of the day! In the off chance you're booking at a Northern CA Wedgewood venue, I have hundreds of hours of experience at each of their venues and work very closely with the everyone of the staff at Wedgewood.

We feel so lucky to have booked Thomas - we couldn’t have found a better photographer. He offered us a free engagement shoot and our photos from our wedding day turned out absolutely perfect. He turned the pictures around so quickly too, which we so appreciated since we were eager to see them. I would recommend him to anyone!

Hannah Berglund Photography

Livermore, CA
  • Photojournalistic style
  • Starts at $10,500

I'm Hannah, a full time wedding and portrait photographer in Livermore, California. To me, photography is so much more than just hiring another vendor. And that's why you should choose someone you truly love to work with! I believe the real magic happens during the in-between moments – a secret smile shared by the parents; a tearful hug with the maid of honor; a quirky moment with the best man. These memories are far more precious than any staged photo, and these are the memories I want to capture for you on your big day.

Awarded Best of Zola
What can I say about Hannah! She truly was exceptional to work with. From the moment we reached out, she was welcoming, friendly, and so easy to work with. After our first conversation with her, it was obvious we wanted her to capture our wedding. Not only are her photos beautiful, she has the energy and attitude of someone you would want at your wedding. You feel an instant calmness in her presence. She is a true artist at heart, and our wedding photos are beyond what we could have asked for or expected. Hiring Hannah was one of the best decisions we made while wedding planning, and we recommend her to all of our friends!

Originally from Colombia, I now call California home! At an early I began to take an interest in capturing the world as I saw it, as I followed my passion in photography it has taken me all around the world. I knew this passion was more than a hobby, so I pursued a degree in production photography and after graduating I decided that it was time for me to start fresh here in the United States. Upon moving here I immediately became captivated by helping others capture their most wonderful memories, especially during what might be one of the most important moments in their lives- their wedding!

Stephanie took photos of the food and drinks at my fresh seafood restaurant for promotional material, she was able to highlight our food and unique dine-in a way that was captivating and real.

Want a trusted, unobtrusive, thoughtful pro photographer friend on your wedding day? Someone to capture the way the wedding FEELS as well as it looks. A little direction during portrait time, a little leadership during family portraits, and near invisibility all other times? I think you’re onto something. I’m in. What's exciting? What’s important? What's confusing? Let’s sit down for a discovery meeting and I’ll ask, listen, lay out options, and share suggestions. I want to learn about you. I'm on your team 100% before, during, and after your wedding. Bonus: I've shot 400+ practice weddings before yours and I absolutely LOVE what I do!

Olivia was incredible!!! The preparation leading up to our wedding was so easy and Olivia really took the time to get to know us and learn what moments we didn’t want her to miss during our wedding. We didn’t need to worry about a thing on our big day. She was very organized and allowed me and Josh to enjoy the day with full confidence she was snapping all the right pics! We also got them back in record time! Only two weeks after the wedding! We would highly recommend Olivia if you are looking for a photographer who is professional, fun, easy going and super talented!

Vivian Chen Photography

5.0

Richmond, CA
  • Photojournalistic style
  • Starts at $4,000

My style is natural and photojournalistic. I love capturing unscripted moments because those are the type of photos that tell a richer story of your day. Working with me means nothing overly posed, nothing awkward, nothing that doesn't feel like YOU. While we'll spend some time doing portraits, my priority is for you to be present and enjoy your wedding day. I like to shoot discreetly with an emphasis on candids so from the moment you first see each other to that last hilarious toast, you’ll be relaxed and focused on one another and not even noticed I’m there.

My musical group, Bay Area Strings, has performed at several weddings and receptions where Vivian was the photographer. Her event work is unobtrusive, taking great photographs without anyone noticing! We have ended up using several of her candid photographs of our string players, as she has a great eye for composition and color, with a modern and artistic style that still focuses on personality of the subjects. I have also noticed that her turnaround time to provide high-quality photos to the client and vendors is very fast compared to many others we have worked with.

Wanderlust and a social curiosity led me to study photojournalism in the American West where I fell in love with people and places; everything from the way we live and work, build and break, love and pray. Here's to you!

I love our photos of my daughter Anna and her husband Zach's wedding reception. Due to Covid we waited a long time to celebrate, and I was so glad we chose Luke George Photography. I highly recommend Luke, He is professional and fun. He is able to capture the moment and not be intrusive, His pictures are so detailed, using a variety of views such as panoramic and aerial drone. He photographed all the aspects of Anna and Zach's reception and did a fantastic job. His fees are reasonable, and he was generous with his time, not charging extra, and even staying longer than his time was contracted. Thanks Luke

Brentwood, CA

Our approach to photography and film making is the result of years of experience and hard work. We love to capture your unique day, your moments, your emotions, and your memories as they unfold. Our photography is a blend of photojournalism and natural/authentic portraits. Our portraits feel organic and bring you right back into that moment.

I would 100% recommend them. Here's why: Communication: Jen and Brian work so well as a team. They're both always so quick to respond. They're thorough, friendly, helpful, kind, funny, and efficient. They presented very clear written communication and made themselves available. Price: What really got me was the fact that I could give the password to our album to anyone and there were unlimited downloads. Plus, the engagement shoot and the wedding were bundled together. Last, broke down what they're charging for in the invoice. Organization/tips: Jen is so well organized and Brian knows just how to support her to maximize that organization. Since I was planning this wedding with no wedding planner, their expertise, tips, and organization skills were very much appreciated. When I asked for advice outside of photography, they were very careful not to persuade my decision to what they thought I should do, but gave very insightful tips to make my own, informed decisions. They helped me create a very clear timeline (for photography) that I used for the entire wedding and went over during the rehearsal dinner. They told our officiant (who was my cousin) to be sure to move away before he tells us to kiss. Since my wedding, I've noticed some officiants are not told this. Equipment: They come VERY well prepared. First of all, they were coming from Northern California. We live in Los Angeles/Orange County area. So they came down twice for our engagement shoot and for the wedding. During the engagement shoot, they had tons of great lighting equipment to do cool shots like the one under the bridge. They scoped out the sun patterns of both sites the day before to be sure they got the best lighting. They encouraged me to bring multiple outfits for the engagement shoot and brought a pop up tent so I could change in the middle of a park. They also has a speaker system we were able to use at the wedding Pictures: My husband and I are both very camera shy. Neither of us have taken pictures with professional photographers before and even my husband said, they made us feel really at ease and he could not imagine getting photographed by anyone else. They took a LOT of pictures. They got everything from details to people. They used their own creative ideas, and also asked for our input. The ONLY thing I have to say that's negative is there are a couple shots where some of the people in the photos are off center or not close enough to the rest of the group and one shot where my husband is doing something awkward in with his hands. Other than that, I really really love their editing style and how they got a good mixture of candids and posed pictures. Video: I especially love how in our ceremony video it caught my cousin saying something funny so my husband wouldn't cry when I was walking down the aisle. I love that they added clips of the speeches, but wished they got my cousin (maid of honor)'s speech in there as well. As far as the rest of the video, everyone that watched it said it was AMAZING! They got great camera angles of the ceremony, my husband appreciated that they took the videos quickly as we were doing the pictures, and they really captured as much as they could. Overall, Jen and Brian: - work very well as a team - take beautiful pictures and edit them well - give great tips without overstepping - are friendly, warm, and fun to work with - give you a lot for what you're paying - are very communicative - go the extra mile

I photograph all things but my heart goes to timeless moments of your natural surroundings and in the rawest forms: laughing uncontrollably, staring into each other's eyes when no one else is watching, smiling or serious. ️️️️️ Choosing Drzazga Photo for our wedding was hands down the BEST decision we made while planning. Since getting our gallery back, we are still getting compliments on how gorgeous and unique our photos turned out. When we met Carly during our engagement session we knew right away that she and Kasey would make us feel comfortable and would be the perfect pair to capture such an important day in our lives. We loved our engagement pictures so much we used them for everything (bridal shower invitations, wedding invitations, rehearsal dinner invitations and thank you cards). I think we looked at them all 1,000 times. They captured our love for each other and excitement so perfectly. Our wedding gallery was like looking at pictures from a fairytale. Our getting ready pictures, portraits, ceremony and reception photos are beautiful. They captured gorgeous pictures of us, but also of our family and friends whom we shared such an important day with. I love thinking about how someday these pictures will be shared with our own children, grandchildren and family. Weeks after our wedding we decided to become puppy parents to an adorable Cavapoo named Teddy. The Drzazga’s have captured such sweet moments of our love story this year. We couldn’t think of a better way to end it than a trip to Cleveland in November for a holiday mini session at their studio, with of course the newest addition to our family, Teddy. Thank you Carly and Kasey for capturing all of the sweet moments of this amazing year. You are truly the best of the best. Love, The Rishers

To hire Nichole. She is professional, has an amazing eye and editing style, and has a way of making you feel SO comfortable and confident in front of her camera. She gives great direction, and knows exactly what to do to get the perfect shot. I’ve done 3-4 photoshoots with her (I think now?) At this point and every time I’m going through an album I always think there’s going to be a handful I just won’t care for, but they just keep getting better and better! Idk how she does it. She’s amazing, and I truly don’t think you’ll find a better photographer for your special day.

Hello! I’m so excited for the chance to work with you. I’m a former teacher who has always had a passion for photography. I started working freelance in 2015 and did a lot of my first jobs in the music industry! I’ve shot Warped Tour a few times and even had one of my promos featured by AP magazine. I quickly realized I loved working with couples the most, and now focus on couple and family portraits and weddings!

Thalia was an amazing photographer! From our first phone call she made us feel comfortable and special. She took the time to get to know us and find out what we wanted in a wedding photographer. She did such a good job capturing the special moments and our dog! She caught the mood perfectly with our golden hour wedding and editing. We especially loved how she sent us a sneak peek right after our day so we could reminisce right away! Thank you Thalia!

Most of Daniela's work centers around the human experience, our shared existence, and the quest for revealing the truest form of each person that she documents.

Finding a photographer was the part of wedding planning that we dreaded the most. We absolutely hit the jackpot when we found Dani and it’s hard to imagine that we could have found a better person for us and our wedding. Working with Dani was seamless from the first virtual meeting to getting our edited gallery. We had a non-traditional, courthouse wedding where Dani acted as our photographer and witness. She totally got the aesthetic and vibe we were aiming for and our photos reflect that and us as a couple.

This is delightfully different elopement + wedding photography! From helicopter elopements, to hiking engagements, to weddings with bouncy houses, I capture the adventurous, quirky, and unique. Based in both New York and California, with travel worldwide, I've photographed couples on 6 continents. My creative, fun, and candid photography uses innovative techniques and unique ideas to get photos that make you look twice. Whether you're saying vows in your backyard or having a 3-day adventure wedding in the rainforest, I'll catch every spontaneous moment of joy and laughter—and plan a few awesomely unique shots on top of it all.

Awarded Best of Zola
I would recommend her as a photographer to anyone who wants to have pictures that will allow them to keep reliving their wedding day. She was a joy to work with, easy-going, and yet very astute to our wishes as a couple. Kathryn made our already fantastic day one that we can keep visiting for many years to come. I don’t even know where to start. I think Kathryn was fated to be our wedding photographer. Nothing else explains how well it all turned out. Whenever I look at my wedding pictures, I relive my wedding so vividly that it is unreal. The way she was able to capture our day was beyond amazing, and it’s the same sentiment expressed by anyone who has viewed our photographs, from our wedding guests, family, and friends who didn’t attend, to strangers. Simply beautiful and magical. We found her online after months of searching and talking to many other photographers. She caught our attention with her pictures first but kept it with her personality and quality of work. We were able to feel the spirit, emotion, and genuine joy in them. Her attention to details and being able to capture all of those emotions spoke to us immediately. The creativity and sense of adventure that shined through her pictures secured her role on our joyous day. Her style matched ours so well. First of all, she was so easy to work with her. At the onset, our interactions were seamless, from the first conversation on the phone to the contracting process and the delivery of our photos. I have heard so many horror stories from friends and family about their photographers and being unhappy with the outcome that I was scared that my experience would be similar. However, working with Kathryn was indeed a dream, and my photos are beyond lovely. I don’t think a day has passed when we do not look at our photos with smiles on our faces. Her pictures are clear and full of energy. So well done that you can feel the emotions, hear the music, and experience all the joys. I can’t imagine anyone else being able to capture it the way she did. She was able to get little moments in-between moments. She was omnipresent yet invisible if that makes any sense, but it’s the best I can explain it. She was there when the Bridal party was getting ready yet not in the way. She captured the ceremony in a way that you can feel the love, the sincerity of our vows, and our audience responded to it all—documented the fun of the dance party to a point where you can hear the music that went along with the moves frozen in time. We hardly felt her presence in the room, but we know she was there because we have these captured moments. If you can book her, just do it!

Beyond that, the final product of the photos is something we will cherish forever. The pictures are beautiful and also feel unique and special to us as a couple. They didn’t bat an eye at hiking >1 mile on Ring Mountain after our ceremony to get the perfect shots and we loved laughing and chatting with them throughout. If you would have known me growing up, you would have been surprised if I didn’t become a photographer! I fell in love with photography after spending countless hours in the darkroom. Since 2008, I have been working professionally in the photography industry and have shot over 300 weddings and numerous other assignments in almost every genre of photography. Why Weddings? I love problem solving and puzzles, and I’m always up for a good challenge. For me, a wedding is a day full of all of the things that I love. Its basically a whole day of coming up with solutions to make the best photographs for my couples.

Lisa is always a pleasure to work with; a true team player. When working with other wedding professionals at an event, she is aware and respectful of the needs of the other professionals and does her part to ensure that we are all successful. I've seen her photos from a number of the events we've worked at together and they are truly amazing. Lisa is so good at capturing "happiness" -- that exact moment when the smiles are perfect, yet candid. Her photos truly convey the emotion of the moment. I've recommended her many times to clients and friends looking for a photographer.

No matter who you are or where you came from, everyone has a story, and stories were meant to be told. I tell stories through photography. Weddings are incredibly meaningful and intimate. I’m not just someone with a camera who shows up and takes pictures. I believe in truly connecting and engaging with my clients so I can best understand how I can tell their story. With a bright, clean, and vibrant photography style, I help bring my client’s vision to life through beautiful photos that can be cherished forever.

We contacted Jon just three days prior to our elopement, he responded the same day. Our courthouse wedding was scheduled for noon on a weekday, so luckily Jon could accommodate us. Jon was professional and responsive to my emails and texts from start to finish. What stands out the most for us is Jon’s creativeness, he is a talented artist. The photoshoot felt so casual, but the resulting photos looked carefully crafted to perfection. When the circumstances led to us doing a zoom elopement, we jumped at the opportunity to book Russ again. A consistent experience, with some of the most beautiful photos we've ever seen. It's hard to believe they were taken right outside our door. He has a talent for turning just about any location into an incredible work of art. Annie was such a pleasure to work with! We hired her for our small 2020 wedding and again for our larger, postponed reception in 2021. She was very understanding and flexible during the entire process. What first attracted us to her work was her ability to capture the moments that told the story of the day, not just a portfolio of staged photos. My husband does not like to be in the spotlight and can be awkward in photos. Annie made everyone feel comfortable and nabbed fantastic photos where everyone looked great--and she was very discreet while shooting. My family still talks about how great she was to work with. On top of all that, the photos she delivered were stunning! We got back so many wonderful shots. And the walnut box we received as part of our photography package was even better quality than I expected. Thank you Annie, for being so kind and professional from start to finish!

We planned our wedding in just a few months and finding and selecting a photographer was one of the most important vendor to do list items. Courtland was hands down one of the best wedding planning decisions we made. Courtland was easy to communicate with all through our planning, had great reminders for various things we needed to collaborate on and was so dedicated to get to know us as a couple, our style, our family, our values and more. All that come to find out radiated through our end product, our wedding day photography! A wedding can be stressful no doubt, but our photography experience was not one of those stresses. Courtland was patient, creative, genuine, professional and so dang friendly it was simply nice to have him a part of our momentous day. Courtland noticed my husband did not have a wedding day worthy wristwatch and offered to swap watches! Courtland saved the day on that one, hah! Once the photography was ready, Courtland offered yet another experience with a private reveal session at a lovely theatre with wine and treats, and it was awesome. We are so thrilled with the end product and would 100% hire him if we had to do it all over again. If you are looking for a wedding photographer to truly capture your most special moments with care and true dedication to your all while feeling like a friend, then Courtland is your person! I'm a Bay Area native with over 12 years in the commercial photography realm. I got my start on the beaches of Los Angeles back in 2012 shooting commercial swimwear campaigns for some of the best designers in swim and fashion. That opened the door to countless opportunities with modeling agencies, reality television, and fashion design. In 2018 I made the move back up north to San Francisco where I grew up. With a wide network of friends and family up here, I found myself catapulted into the Wedding and Elopement industry - and absolutely loved it! I'm honored when I get to be a part of one of the best days of a couple's life together.

My name is Sarahi. Born and raised in Los Angeles, CA. Since a child, I loved photographing with old polaroids and disposable cameras.. My family used to complain about the 100's of pictures I captured and how many rolls of film I used. Now, I look back at pictures from 10+ years ago, and see the beauty of "stopping time" in photos and keeping them forever. I see how it brings happiness to the people around me and myself. Nothing makes me happier than people looking back at precious memories. I can't wait to extend this experience to you and create an everlasting memory that you can carry for years to follow.

Jason is incredible. He is a talented photographer and storyteller, and a great business person to boot! He is exactly who you want your friends and family to interact with your wedding day. I would highly recommend him to any person looking to capture the essence of their wedding day and of their beloved family and friends. Regarding the business perspective: my partner and I planned our wedding from afar and from the start Jason was responsive and easy to work with. I admire that he didn’t pressure us on hurrying to book the way other photographers did and he made the time to connect with us. He was also able to process photos quickly and with high quality. Regarding the photos: we purchased his engagement and wedding day package and I could not be happier and think he was priced very competitively. My partner and I had previously had engagement photos done with another vendor and their quality was not even comparable to Jason’s. Because of Jason’s photo journalistic nature and our desire to avoid a lot of staged poses Jason built a beautiful story of us and our engagement and wedding day. Dedicated to discovering the best love stories, I travel nationwide and also photograph couples from around the world at San Francisco City Hall. Awarded Best Wedding Photographer in Campbell, CA and Los Gatos, CA.

Awarded Best of Zola
I could not recommend Mindy more! She was absolutely fantastic to work with and was extremely thoughtful and helpful with the entire experience. I used Mindy to capture two events, a proposal and and a surprise engagement party. For the proposal, Mindy spend a lot of time with me thinking through the right proposal spot at the location I was looking at to make sure that it worked for the photos, she even got there early to make sure that it worked. She was so well hidden to capture the proposal that for a moment I wasn't sure she was there, but she was and captured it and spent time with us after to take photos. We just got the sneak peak of the photos and they look fantastic. For the surprise party Mindy got there early and started to capture moments even before my fiancee and I arrived, she was really flexible on what worked best for the event so we can't wait to see the final photos!

Let's create wedding images with real emotion, story, and intention to them. I know being in front of the camera can be awkward. These prompts will help you feel comfortable and also help create candid images. Check out my website for more info :)

I was introduced to the world of photography the same week I was introduced to the world! All thanks to my Dad, who was never without his camcorder or camera. Because of him, our memories growing up are preserved. Then I got my first camera + tons of film. I documented everything. When film turned into digital, that was a turning point in my life. Since then, my memories, large + small, have been organized on my computer, by year. So I can go back + revisit so many wonderful memories from my life...most which I wouldn't remember without pictures!

Met Nicole while working at a wedding in February 2024. She was very kind to our staff and not in the way at all. She allowed everyone to enjoy the party without blocking views or being rude. Yet managed to do her job with a smile the whole time! She is very pleasant!

He was extremely kind and our family/ friends and coordinator enjoyed working with him. We had a one hour rain delay on our wedding day and he was extremely understanding and still worked with us to get the best pictures possible. The turn around for our pics was about 3 weeks (but we got some great sneak peaks the NEXT day!!) and we absolutely love how they look. We specialize in creative moment driven wedding & lifestyle photography. We are committed to telling our couples stories and supporting them in ways that allow them to be free of stress and to be in the moment.

Awarded Best of Zola
Jos and Tree came highly recommended to us and, having worked with them, we now know why! A lot of people take wedding photos. Among them are a handful of folks who are also reliable, professional, and pleasant to work with. And within that smaller group, is an even smaller group of photographers who have real artistic vision matched with technical skill. Jos & Tree are, without a doubt, near the top of that select group. The images they produced of our wedding run the gamut from traditional wedding photos to absolute masterpieces of lighting, composition, and technical execution. Here's an example: as the day was wrapping up, and a bit *after* Jos and Tree's deadline for leaving had passed, they quickly posed my wife and I in front of a tree in the park; Jos had a vision for an image he wanted to capture in the fading light... and the resulting image proved absolutely magnificent; it is my favorite photo of the day, and among the top photographs I have seen anyone create, anywhere. On top of the artistic talent and skill, Jos & Tree were an absolute pleasure to work with; responsive, pleasant, personable, and fun. They were always on time, and ready to work... and work they did!! The amount of effort and energy they put into capturing lots of beautiful and creative images cannot be overstated. And then, they edited them beautifully, and have been working with us to select images to print and put in a book. The quality of their artistic consultation has been phenomenal. My wife and I have seen a lot of wedding photos that people proudly post online on sites like reddit. I can confidently say that I've yet to see more interesting and beautiful wedding photos than the ones I've seen from Jos and Tree. It's a pleasure to give these two lovely people our highest recommendation.

Tiny House Photo is a LGBTQ+ women owned documenting love stories with intention. Stephanie, the photographer behind Tiny House Photo, is located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida but travels often around the country to photograph couples, elopements and weddings.

Awarded Best of Zola
We booked Tiny House Photo for our engagement session and wedding and I cannot recommend Stephanie enough for your special event. Stephanie’s photography is absolutely gorgeous, heartfelt, elegant, humorous, raw, silly, artful, and fabulous. My husband I were completely thrilled with all of our photos. Stephanie documented our wedding day in the most heartfelt way, capturing the essence of every moment. Looking through the photos brought us back to every moment, they enamored us as much as they made us laugh and say things like, “Of course this family member had 3 outfit changes.” Our wedding day was perfect not because everything was seamless and smooth, but because it was exactly what we wanted it to be, and Stephanie helped us both actualize that by giving folks directions when needed and by documenting it so truthfully to help us remember all the joys, laughter, tears, and mild annoyances of the day! What we loved about Stephanie’s photography from the start was its honesty and deep feeling. Her photography spoke to us in a way that was much deeper than getting some fancy or trendy shots of our wedding. We wanted to remember it all – each raw moment that paints the whole picture, each raw moment that has its own value even if it’s unknown at the time. We wanted someone who knew how to connect with all of the deep complexities of existing, that fortunately/unfortunately(?) won’t be put on pause during your wedding day! Stephanie has the gift to create a gorgeous documentary of a special day because she has the beautiful ability to tap into the deeper meaning of both the small and big moments. Her empathy and compassion were felt by all, which was evident in the comfort everyone felt around her. If you’re camera shy, Stephanie is amazing to work with, she helps you feel so comfortable and eventually you forget you’re even being photographed. Stephanie’s boundaries and fierce protectiveness kept things in line, which we so greatly appreciated. She also helped us develop our day of timeline and portrait list. She is a literal wedding guardian angel. Stephanie has such a special gift, and we’re so grateful that she shared it with us. We HIGHLY recommend that you book her for all of your events, especially if you are also a sensitive, deeply feeling, neuro-spicy (as she says!) person. We 100/10 recommend Stephanie for her kindness, professionalism, expertise and sense of humor. I’m already thinking of future photo shoots we can do with her… :)

Through years of experience as a wedding photographer, I’ve developed a genuine love and appreciation for these emotional events. To me, weddings are emotionally-charged, symbolic celebrations. They often inspire pure expressions, words and feelings from the couple and their family and friends.

We found Duy while doing the rounds looking for wedding photographers, and after the fact, I'm confident we found the best person for the job. What I'm most impressed with is the vision he brought to the event based on the time of year, dress code, venues, etc. His direction and attention to detail showed through in the final product, and he was great at listening to one of our half-baked ideas and making it work! Beyond the pictures, Duy's calming presence was helpful throughout the whole experience, from the engagement shoot to the wedding. He's a great communicator and we felt like he was on our team throughout the whole experience. We always felt heard and truly hope to work with him again. Last but certainly not least, he was priced competitively and on the lower end compared to some of the other quotes we received.

Kristen is fantastic! She is kind, engaging, and has such a warm presence. She made us feel comfortable, even though we are not the most comfortable in front of a camera. She brings tons of ideas to her shoots and helps make sure that there are tons of great photos to pick from! Kristen took our engagement photos in Georgia, and then shot our City Hall wedding in San Francisco and our party in Oakland. She also came back to Georgia to take more photos from a wedding party we had here and they were so stunning! Kristen is very flexible and accommodating and I highly recommend her!

I have been photographing couples for nearly 10 years and have loved every minute of it. I have enjoyed following them through engagement, wedding, maternity and now family sessions. I have even become life long friends with some of them. I am a mother of 3 and have always loved art, and once I picked up my camera and found a way to tell others love stories, I knew I found what I was supposed to do.

We hired Michelle for our wedding and wow... where do I start?? Michelle and her assistant were INCREDIBLE! They were super friendly, thoughtful, funny, helpful and just made us feel incredible comfortable! My husband and I are shy people who do not like to be the center of attention and do not like to get our pictures taken, so we were both anxious about it. As soon as they started, we ended up actually having so much fun, laughing and having a great time getting our pictures taken! I have seen a few sneak peeks and am already in tears at how beautifully they turned out. I CANNOT wait to see how the others turned out! We will 100% be working with her again in the future! Thank you Michelle for the wonderful memories! Definitely do not hesitate and hire Valley Images Photography for your next event, you will not regret it!

WE'RE MARIA AND RICARDO, WE ARE HUSBAND AND WIFE AND THE HEART BEHIND THE PICTURES. WE ARE BASED IN NYC AND TAKE WEDDING COMISSIONS ALL AROUND THE US AND ABROAD BUT WE ARE ORIGINALLY FROM SPAIN AND PUERTO RICO MARIA IS YOUR PHOTOGRAPHER, ALL THE IMAGES ARE TAKEN AND EDITED BY HER. RICARDO IS YOUR VIDEOGRAPHER AND RUNS THE BUSINESS AND MAKES SURE EVERYTHING GOES AS IT SHOULD. THERE IS A LOT GOING ON BEHIND THE SCENES.OUR PHOTOGRAPHY IS BOLD & CREATIVE, AIMING TO TELL STORIES AND DOCUMENT THE REAL MOMENTS. WE ARE MORE THAN HAPPY TO SHOOT A FEW FORMALS AND WE ALWAYS LOOK FORWARD TO THE BRIDE AND GROOM SESSIONS.

This review is massively long overdue (we got married 5/20/2022), but I absolutely have to write one. Maria and Ricky are hands down the BEST people and we could not have been luckier to have the pleasure of them capturing our wedding! They got exactly the vibes we wanted, all the shots we wanted, were so easy to communicate with, and are just the nicest and most fun people! We did our engagement shoot with them in NYC and the photos could not have been any better. We communicated the types of shots we were looking for and, since they were living there, they were able to give us the best tips for location and shots! Our wedding was better than we could have ever imagined. We got the best posed shots and the absolute best candid shots. We barely even realized the were photographing/taking video of us during the reception which we loved, but we also just loved their presence. They were so much fun and added to the party, they were dancing while shooting and made everyone so happy and comfortable. Our guests still talk about them and how awesome they are! Our video is breathtaking, we are taken back to the day every time we watching and it always brings us to tears. The photos are incredible; we constantly look through our photos and love displaying them in our home to look at all the time. We have since referred several people to them because we would love everyone to have the same experience we had!

Artistic storytelling for the fun, kind and adventurous. Hi friend! :) I'm your neighborhood artist, goofy empath, & lover of dogs and human beans. (Name is pronounced Hasmeen, kinda like jalapeño) My goal is to be a source of joy and vulnerability in your life while helping you feel grounded on your big day and ~even more~ grateful for the life you live and the love you choose.

My husband and I booked Jazmin for our fall wedding in the panhandle of Texas. Right from the start, she was such a joy to work with! Between our first video call to make sure we were a good fit, doing her online questionnaire (which was a lot of fun), and the call closer to the big day where Jazmin helped my coordinator and I with the photography timeline, Jazmin was helpful, cheerful, and made me feel so at ease. Booking her for our wedding was the easiest choice I’d made all year! This was our first time having professional pictures taken and we are both a bit awkward in front of the camera but we did not feel awkward with Jazmin. On our wedding day, Jazmin and her partner/second shooter were punctual, organized, and just plain fun to have around! To quote my husband; “anytime we need a photographer for anything, you know we can only work with them.” Importing Jazmin from San Francisco for our DIY Texas vineyard wedding was a no brainer for us, and we’d book her again in a heart beat!
