In 2021, I left my engineering career with the goals of rediscovering the creative part of myself and prioritizing time with family. I am a sucker for the outdoors, love watching movies, enjoy singing loudly in my car, and I’m always down to grab a drink and share stories with new friends. Kindred Narrative began as a commercial and wedding photography studio, and has since evolved into videography.

What I love the most about this endeavor is being able to capture people’s special memories. I’m persistent in everything I do, and I only promise what I can deliver. Hi! I'm Alëna! I’ve been making videos for over 10 years now. I believe in sucking the joy out of life and documenting it. It’s by immersing myself in travel that my eyes were first opened to videography. Being an adoptee from another country I fell in love with the process of collecting memories. I feel that my exposure to changing environments has allowed me to appreciate things from various perspectives and remain calm and assertive in fast pace situations. Such as weddings! I love capturing different traditions & religions AND of course documenting people in love or breaking the dance floor are my literal favs! Let's freakin' go yeah!?
