Our journey into the wedding industry began when we started looking at venues for our daughter’s wedding. We found high costs and many restrictions at most venues. Having a background in customer service, we were inspired to create a unique wedding venue in Fort Worth with a reasonable price tag and very few restrictions. In seven years, we’ve made numerous improvements and additions to our venue. We have now hosted 500 + weddings. Guests will often come up to us and tell us that it was the most interesting and fun wedding that they have ever attended. This makes our job very rewarding. We enjoy our work and will always do our best to make sure the day is special for each and every one that visits our beautiful venue.

Nestled in the original township of Justin, Texas, The Abbey has been home to hundreds of weddings and events for more than 2 decades. Our historic chapel is 124 years old and has gorgeous modern stained-glass windows. The comfortable reception hall, just steps away, is the perfect space to celebrate your new marriage with family and friends.

Along with the barn, this venue offers outdoor locations as well. The barn alone can be rented with tables/chairs for 150 people, or you can rent the barn and have our help planning/organizing/decorating your event.

Unlimited guests are welcomed to your event (for the exception of our Micro-Wedding & Elopement Package) however, just know that the venue provides enough tables & chairs to seat 120 people inside the Event Barn & 150 chairs for the Outdoor Ceremony Area. Our maximum seated capacity in the Event Barn is about 120 guests and in our Saloon maximum seating is 15 people. We also have additional seating areas under the Covered Pavilion behind the Event Barn, as well as throughout the entire property. We have the only AUTHENTIC WESTERN TOWN with a Saloon, a Jail, a Chow Line, a Cowboy Hotel, a rustic Event Barn and a beautiful Outdoor Ceremony Area. We also offer Overnight Accommodations for up to 10 people!

An affordable wedding venue located just 30 minutes south of Dallas. Our 10-acre, secluded, whimsical, wooded retreat offers a non-traditional venue with lush greenery, hundreds of mature trees, and tons of string lights, providing a modern rustic feel. Our space is pre-decorated with multiple ceremony backdrops, a hanging white floral dance floor, white drapes, and a photo wall (all included)! Firefly Gardens is family owned and operated. We offer 3 packages. No matter which package fits your needs, we only do host one event a day as we offer a 15 hour rental of 9am to midnight. Our packages include reception chairs, tables, ceremony chairs, choice of 43 polyester floor length tablecloths, up to two bartenders and two officers for 5 hours, cleaning after your event, one staff member during the entire rental , event liability insurance, beautiful landscape grounds, and much more.
