I cannot say good enough things about R&R Collective! We hired Kaitie to help us with our month of coordination and as a day of coordinator. She was available to answer any questions we had and assisted us with last minute things that we would have totally forgot to handle! She created a floor plan and layout of our venue and organized and placed them perfectly how we envisioned it. Kaitie created our timeline for the day and ensured all vendors knew the plan for the day and made the day run so smoothly. R&R also caters to wedding photography! Robyn and Marnaie were fantastic! They helped to keep us on schedule, kept us energetic and happy throughout the day, and the photos they took I will cherish forever! We loved their moody and dramatic style! R&R Collective was a true one stop shop for your needs and they were truly the vendors that made our day as perfect as it was!

As a 2022 couple, we faced high demand for many of the things we envisioned and a number of changing policies and prices as the wedding industry recovered from the pandemic. Olivia had key insights into how to navigate these very real challenges and, best of all, solved many of these problems for us. From her years of experience in the wedding industry, Olivia has ample contacts with many vendors. Her knowledge of their offerings and her working relationship with many of the vendors we ultimately hired helped to streamline our process. She recommended some of the best in the business (seriously – people at our wedding were asking our vendors for their contact information!) and helped to make our wedding day so special. She successfully leveraged her contacts to help us realize discounts with certain vendors. Working with Olivia helped us take the dream wedding vision we had in our heads and make it a reality. Even when we couldn’t put into words exactly what we wanted, Olivia was often able to understand and propose designs that reflected our asks. She also helped to push us creatively, so our wedding presented a more cohesive design with high design elements. Without her, we would not have had some of my favorite aspects of our wedding day. I planned the whole wedding by myself and so having her support in the final part & especially day of was so so helpful. The best decision I made for my wedding was hiring Clemence as my wedding coordinator. She is so knowledgeable, organized and most of all, helpful! Her planning documents were easy to follow and a huge help for me to stay on track through the planning process. When we finally got to our wedding day I didn’t have to think about the details at all because I knew Clemence was on top of all of them! My husband and I were working with another planner prior to Korina , however we met through the referral of my photographer and it was the best decision for our wedding . From the initial phone conversation I knew I wanted to work with her because she was excited to make our vision her vision. Korina is based in the San Diego area but that did not stop her commitment to traveling to Hollywood for our wedding. She was contracted as a “day of coordinator”, but in all honesty her commitment and professionalism far exceeded one day. Calmerin was the best investment we made for our wedding, hands down!!! Glennie and Ashton were incredible from the start to finish. We knew from the very first phone call that they were going to 100% on top of it, and we were right! The organization and detail of this team is top-notch. We hired them for Jade Package, which is similar to day-of-coordination (which is really more month-of), and was super important given our majority DIY wedding with 170 guests. Plus, Glennie and Ashton were such lovely, kind, and genuine people!! While the bulk of the details and communication was in the month leading up to our wedding, we had access to all of the planning docs as soon as we sent our deposit. The planning docs are AMAZING and so detailed, making us feel like we could transfer all of our knowledge/plans/thoughts to them. This was really important for us since we were doing the majority of the planning, and they executed phenomenally. We were also able to ask them for questions, such as a DJ recommendation. Glennie and Ashton were fantastic during the thorough venue walk-through, video calls, rehearsal with our wedding party, and on the day-of. We were able to drop off all of our wedding stuff (2 SUVs full) the morning of with set-up directions, and we showed up and it looked better than we had imagined/planned for! The tight set-up window from our venue was stressful, but Glennie and Ashton made sure everything was ready to go. They were so great at communicating with our vendors (we got many compliments!) They only texted us 1 small question the day-of, knowing that we were stressed and busy. They were AMAZING throughout the whole night, making sure we were on schedule and that we had everything we needed. We could go on and on about how amazing the team was and how happy we are that we worked with them. Best decision, book them before their calendars fill!

We were incredibly lucky to hire Karen and have her join us as our wedding coordinator. We took our time and were a bit slow when looking for a coordinator. But, we were immediately drawn to Karen’s work when we found her website and crossed our fingers that our date was still open. She responded so quickly and was available to meet despite her full wedding list! Karen is so good at what she does! She is super organized and helped us stay on track from getting the vendors aligned with the venue to making sure we have things planned out. We would have been scrambling around to the very last minute without her guidance and sharing her experiences! She kept and shared her organizational tools for all the things we needed to do and made it super easy to keep track of everything. She was super easy to work with and was very responsive, even if sometimes we weren’t (sorry Karen!) She also has various rentals that are available for her couples, which turned out to be super useful for us as we rented some table signs, dessert platters, and other things. It was a super bonus since the rentals looked good and fit our wedding aesthetic. On the day of the wedding, she kept everything running super smooth and kept us at-ease, relaxed, and chill even when we were slightly behind schedule. We were able to just enjoy every moment on our wedding day and have an amazing day with her at the helm! We definitely recommend Karen, book her now and you won’t regret it!

I first met Dre on a wedding we were both booked as vendors at in La Jolla, CA. The wedding was one of the best planned and executed that I had ever seen and it was clear why - Dre. Dre’s clear and proactive communication leading up to the events I’ve had with her sets her apart from other planners I’ve worked with. Her attention to detail, and ability to predict problems before they arise - and the fact she already has plans around any potential problems - makes events with Dre enjoyable as a vendor - but also for everyone in attendance as there is never a moment of panic or stress at any weddings I’ve done with Dre. We also felt that Dan just genuinely cared about us; he made sure to save us various desserts and remind us that we should take a break to eat or switch to a cold glass of champagne before toasts. It was like having another best man/maid of honor (which really let our wedding parties relax and enjoy the night). We HIGHLY recommend Creative Happens.

We did not have a lot of prior knowledge of our chosen wedding city (San Diego) and actually were living across the country at the time. As such, we purchased the full service package from Kristin. Even before we spent a single cent, Kristin provided us with several recommendations for wedding venues, and several pieces of advice regarding our specific needs around having a Catholic wedding. Once we got into wedding planning, Kristin was extremely helpful with finding us an ideal church, reception venue and date. She set up several visits for us, and aside from that provided helpful advice for each venue. In a similar vein, when we chose our vendors, Kristin had a ready-made list for every vendor we'd need, - her advice and expertise literally saved us thousands of dollars in florals and food. For the actual day itself, Kristin was pretty much everywhere ensuring things were done correctly, and it was an incredibly smooth experience. I can only wish that I did her justice in my toast. Everyone generally needs a planner for their wedding, but we would like to highlight Kristin's service as invaluable. She was communicative, helpful and professional from start to finish, and is a true expert in the field. We would fully recommend her skills for anyone planning a wedding!

There were a lot of moving parts with guests parking at the reception, taking trolleys to the ceremony at The Wedding Bowl at Cuvier Park, then trolleys back to the reception at La Valencia Hotel. Our couple had an epic and specific vision and Reagan did a great job organizing so many different vendors to achieve this vision! Every time I connected with Reagan throughout the planning process and the day-of, she was super calm, down-to-earth, and easy to team up with :) This isn't always true with planners! At the end of the night, everything had been absolutely amazing and the couple and their families enjoyed a huge, amazing, and super special party. Rad times! :)

Where do I even begin with Ivory & Stone?! Let’s just say without them, there probably would’ve been no wedding. I had the pleasure of working with Robyn Fallon. The other girls were always available, but boy did I get lucky with her! She felt like a best friend during those six months, but was so professional at the same time. She knew every single detail that needed to be dealt with, at a moments notice (things I would’ve never thought of). We had many video calls, but I began looking forward to them. She never complained or made me feel crazy for changing my mind 64828 times. I trusted her with my life at that point. She knew I didn’t like something before I even knew I didn’t like it. I gave her the reigns, and she NAILED everything. The design, the vendor coordination, the scheduling, etc etc etc. They also use this platform that allows you to track everything, and it has every information a wedding could need. It made vendor shopping, budgeting, and communication so easy. I was never worried I was forgetting something. Some of my planning I was doing overseas, which did not make anything harder due to how accommodating she was. Keep in mind she’s also planning 47382 other weddings at the same time, but I felt like the only one. Fast forward to the big day… it went perfect. I could cry thinking about it. She was checking in on us throughout the entire day / night making sure we had food, drinks, and reminding us to enjoy each moment. At one point she even hair sprayed my husbands hair because it was acting wild hahah. Our guests are STILL reaching out to us raving about how beautiful everything was. Robyn is an all-in-one super hero. I will never forget her!

There were a couple of last minute changes on my end. Jesse always made everything a non issue she is definitely a miracle worker. She did our getting ready pics and was also so beyond sweet and felt like another friend. I wanted the wedding of my dreams to be flawlessly executed from start to finish, and knew that I needed to work with a planner who was professional, proactive, and trustworthy. I was luckily introduced to Michelle (who checked all of the aforementioned boxes) and signed a full planning contract after an initial call with her. Michelle supported and guided us throughout the entire planning process. She helped us find our dream wedding venue, and put together an incredible team of wedding vendors. She was also organized and very responsive over email and text. In the weeks leading up to my wedding, I was naturally feeling nervous and stressed about all of the details and logistics coming together. I wish I spent less time worrying because the day of the wedding was executed perfectly because of Michelle and her team. I was in awe of the florals and decor, and appreciated that Michelle kept us on schedule throughout the day even when unexpected occurrences came up. My husband and I were actually able to enjoy time (and eat!) together during the day of the wedding. This is no small feat given all of the work and set up that needed to be done, and is truly a testament to Michelle and her team's hard work behind the scenes. We had so many guests compliment how beautiful our wedding was and how much they enjoyed the entire evening - I can confidently say that none of it would have been possible without Michelle and her team. Her expertise, reputation, and connections in the wedding industry are unmatched (every single one of our vendors had nothing but praise for her) and my husband and I are so grateful that we had the chance to work with her on our special day.

Our wedding was a work of art thanks to Natalie Faye Fern, who is not only a creative mastermind but also an extraordinary person: intelligent, resourceful, kind, and a joy to be around. She works harder than anyone and goes above and beyond to make your vision come alive. Yet on our wedding weekend, she and her whole team made everything look totally effortless!! They were the picture of calm and brought the most warm and positive energy that our guests just fed off. Everything was so, so well coordinated and we felt we could just trust the Faye Fern team to do their job. They also gave us invaluable advice before the wedding which we followed and it helped to keep us very organized on our end. The decor took our breath away. We aren't design experts and just had a general idea of what we liked. Also owing to our busy schedules which left us little time to participate in the design process, we let Natalie run freely with the concepts she came up with and would tell any other couple to do the same! You won't regret it! I might be something of a designer's nightmare: a bride who doesn't always know what she wants and doesn't have time to plan anything but has high standards about whatever it is. I secretly feared that my wedding would never live up to what I hoped but when we stepped into our ceremony and reception, our jaws were on the floor the whole time. We could not believe this was our wedding because ohhhh my godd. It's like Natalie knew exactly what we wanted without us even knowing it ourselves. The fact that she designed and planned this for us while based in a different city the whole time makes it all the more impressive to me. Last of all, I want to add how grateful I am that Natalie always made sure that both my husband and I felt equally included in decisions. Many vendors treat the bride as if she is the only one whose opinion matters and while maybe this is traditional in the industry, I could tell that he felt left out sometimes. So I want to thank Natalie for always treating it like it was OUR wedding and not just mine because it meant a lot to my husband.
