While I have gravitated towards videography, my wife Amanda has fully taken over the photography aspect. Her love for photography and her ability to connect to our clients is unmatched. Together we love capturing and creating beautiful photos and videos.

After freelancing over 9-10 years as a Wedding Cinematographer and Photographer, I have finally achieved the dream of opening my own studio. I came to the states in 2015 to get my Masters in International Business but fell in love with the art of capturing light. Since then, I’ve never looked back. I chose weddings because I love to capture emotions. They are rare and candid in weddings, which you’ll never find elsewhere. Being able to record and showcase those moments that the couple and their family will cherish forever is priceless.

We are Mark and Courtney, New Jersey based Cinematographers, and now married couple. In the last almost decade we have been a part of many beautiful weddings in NJ, NY, CT, PA, The Berkshires, etc. Our journey as filmmakers started when Mark was asked to capture a few of our friends' weddings. After some time and a BIG push Project 8 was finally created. Project 8 was named after the town Mark was born in the Philippines. Naming our small business Project 8 is special to us because it always reminds us of our humble beginnings.

Whether it's feature films, concert photography or your upcoming wedding, I love to capture beauty in this world. I've been photographing weddings all over the US since 2012. More recently, I have applied my experience as a Director of Photography and Filmmaker to create BEAUTIFUL wedding films. I grew up on Cape Cod, and have spent more than a decade as a filmmaker/photographer in Los Angeles. I've worked with some of the biggest names and companies in both the film and music world.

In Fall 2006 we first picked up a camcorder and sat down at a brand new editing computer. We found ourselves spending more and more hours after school editing to build the perfect football highlight film. Creating a high-energy recap blended with the perfect song. We understood how to keep students excited and laughing at the great moments. We stumbled on to something! After graduating from high school Darius later attended Robert Morris University and graduated majoring in Finance. For Darian went to The Art Institute of Pittsburgh majoring in visual effects and motion graphics.
