The Sinclair on Grand is Northeast Minneapolis Gem. Tucked back it offers a private setting near the heart of the city. Built in 1905, this building is located in the heart of Northeast Minneapolis. This event space has a great industrial vibe with some beautiful rustic elements added in to make this a perfect space to hold all types of celebrations! We offer a very raw industrial space with massive beams and high ceilings. With an outdoor ceremony space and patio, you are able to have your city wedding with a secluded feel. With a range of indoor & outdoor event spaces available, you can host the wedding of your dreams at Pinstripes. To incorporate our idea of “sophisticated fun”, we offer gaming onsite! Each level of our venue offers 8 Bowling Lanes & 3 Bocce Courts (all indoor,) and 2 outdoor Bocce Courts on our upstairs patio. Featured among its 180 park properties are 55 miles parkways, 102 miles of Grand Rounds biking and walking paths, 22 lakes, 12 formal gardens, seven golf courses and 49 recreation centers. Altogether, MPRB properties receive about 26 million visits annually. MPRB was recognized by the Trust for Public Land in 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018 as the #1 urban park system in the United States. Lyndale Park Gardens encompass the Peace Garden, Rose Garden, Annual & Perennial Garden, and a Butterfly and Hummingbird Garden. The Peace Garden features hardy alpine plants and dwarf conifers and begins blooming in mid-April. The Annual/Perennial peaks in mid-June and the Rose Garden typically begins blooming in mid-June and lasts until early October. Butterflies and hummingbirds can be seen throughout the summer.

The Phelps, or “Turtle”, Fountain is the centerpiece of the Lyndale Park Annual-Perennial Garden. It was moved here from its former downtown site in Minneapolis’ Gateway Park. The combination of fountain and flowers, contained by an undulating hedge, makes this a popular spot for garden enthusiasts, wedding ceremonies and photographs.
