Chelsea started Phresh Baked Goods in 2020 after leaving a previous full-time pastry chef position at a local successful high-volume catering company. I attended Johnson & Wales University College of Pastry Arts in Denver and there I discovered my true love for creating specialty cakes. I’m proud to say that I’ve recently completed my diploma in Professional Pastry Arts through Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts!
