Our beautiful 2 story lakeside lodge was built in 1925. The Italian inspired architecture and stunning views have made it a popular vacation spot for the elite and famous in the past. Now an exclusive hire venue, it has been tastefully renovated to complement the original cypress ceilings, grand staircases, and period chandeliers throughout. With an indoor capacity of 150 guests in the ballroom, or outdoor capacity of 200 guests either in the courtyard or on the lawn overlooking Lake Pierce , Bella Cosa is the perfect space to cater to all your requirements. We have one, or two-day venue rental packages available, with optional on-site accommodation in our 11 guest suites for up to 30-32 people. Not to mention a dedicated “getting ready room” providing the perfect space to prepare for your big day.

The Fariss is on the second floor of the Fariss building and two blocks from Armature Works, Water Works Park, and Riverwalk.

This historic building has housed automobile dealerships over the last 100 years beginning in the 1920s, originally operated by Highlands Motor Company. The Venue at The Block has been fully restored and purposefully designed to host weddings, birthday parties, fundraisers, charity balls, and many other private events.

The restored home marries Victorian and Tudor Revival luxury with the natural beauty of the museum’s sculpture gardens and lakefront views. The A&H’s Maitland Art Center, originally known as the Research Studio, was founded in 1937 by visionary artist and architect J. André Smith. The center was originally a winter artist’s colony, dedicated to fostering an exploratory approach to modern art. The hundreds of original sculptural elements that adorn the structures were hand-carved by André Smith and his associates, and the center remains one of the few surviving examples of Mayan Revival architecture in the southeastern United States.
