I am a self-taught hair and makeup artist, that also was blessed with the opportunity to work with big beauty brands to gain knowledge of skin types, skin shades, and how to work with just about any client that walks through my door! I am a dog mom to my fur baby, Lane and a fiancé to the love of my life, Kent. Beauty is my passion and I’d love to get the opportunity to chat all about it with you and make your day an absolute success!

Since the beginning, hair and make-up has been my passion as well as being “upside down.” It has been on my mind and a fiber of my being since four years old. I was cartwheeling into hair and makeup for friends and family. Just an active, outdoorsy gal that loves to enhance all beauty.

Hello! My name is Ashley. I am a professional Minneapolis makeup artist with over eight years of experience. I worked for MAC cosmetics for almost 4 years and that is where I grew as a professional makeup artist. After working for MAC, soaking up all the trainings, learning from the best of the best and doing makeup on many clients, I knew I had what it took to venture off and start my own business. So, I did it afraid: In 2018 I started my own freelance makeup business-Ashley Larae MUA LLC. I couldn’t have done it without my faith in God.

Working in the wedding industry for more than 10 years as a bridal makeup artist she specializes in destination & soft glam wedding makeup thus being the preferred artist by couples in her area and being awarded the Couple's Choice Award on 2017 - 2019.
