We are a new Event Venue located in Alaska, Michigan in Caledonia Township. Our venue received a complete renovation in June 2021. Our venue was originally a church built around 1880. We’ve kept the stained glass windows from the 1900’s and have updated them throughout the venue. We are a historical venue with a modern touch. We think you’ll love it.

Built in 1928, as an Elks Temple, this property has been beautifully restored and renovated, while keeping its original character and charm. Climate-controlled for all-season events, on-site tables and Chiavari chairs are included for up to 200. Twin Gables is a new barn-style wedding and event center located in Southwest Michigan. It is a large wedding venue able to host large events. win Gables Event Center is easy to get to and well-connected to the surrounding areas. Blue Heron Barn is a Michigan barn wedding venue hosted in a modern and elegant restored barn. Our barn is situated on five acres bordered by the Portage Creek. The updated, historical barn is capable of hosting 200 guests. We take pride in providing a crisp, clean and professional atmosphere while also working with you to make your special day a uniquely memorable one. Congratulations on your engagement! We offer 3 different packages. Elopements, Thursday package, Full weekend Rental. Our Full weekend rental is our most popular and is a rental from Friday at noon until Sunday at noon. Yes, we only host one wedding a weekend-it take the stress away! This time can be used however you desire. We are not vendor picky, you pick all of your own vendors. We do require a licensed bartender to serve all alcohol and we also require a one day special event insurance. We have 2 barns, one for the ceremony and the other for receptions. On site bathrooms, dressing rooms, firepit area as well as an outside bar. All tables and chairs are provided as well as wood high back chairs for head table. We also offer many rental items for decoration, centerpieces etc. 120 person capacity. We do require a deposit of $800 to book your date the remainder is structured on a payment plan.
