Our private events chef prepares your custom menu featuring seasonal ingredients, on our wood-fired oven and grill. We can customize bar packages with specialty cocktails using ingredients from our garden. We can also provide vendor recommendations and coordination support to help bring your vision to life. GW Fins is pleased to offer the world’s finest seafood, wine, and service in a unique atmosphere of contemporary design blended with welcoming Southern charm. Whether you are hosting a rehearsal dinner, bridal luncheon, or welcome party, we will tailor the menu to complement your occasion and ensure that your event is a personal and memorable dining experience. Our Private Dining Room can seat up to 30 people comfortably and has a maximum capacity of 32 people. For your convenience, the room is equipped with a 52” flat-screen television, as well as Wi-Fi and teleconferencing capabilities. GW Fins can also accommodate up to 200 people for a sit-down dinner and as many as 275 for a cocktail reception in our Main Dining Room. Although we are normally not open for lunch, we are more than happy to accommodate groups of 40 or more for a private lunch. The NOCCA Foundation is the nonprofit that supports the New Orleans Center for Creative Arts, which is Louisiana's arts conservatory for high school students. Our venues are located in one of New Orleans' oldest neighborhoods, the Faubourg Marigny, just upriver from the Bywater. Our buildings date from the early 1800s and have been beautifully restored with modern amenities. Funds from rentals help support a range of programs for students, faculty, and the community, including an Artists-in-Residence program that brings up to 100 visiting artists into NOCCA's classrooms each year; professional development funds for NOCCA faculty; and a series of concerts, gallery exhibitions, readings, and classes for the community.

Tucked discreetly behind the property in a historic 2,790 square foot space is The Parlor, The Pontchartrain's signature event venue and one of the premiere venue spaces in the Garden District. Complete with original brick walls, French toile wallpaper, crystal chandeliers, and muted concrete floors, The Parlor offers a space full of character that guests can transform for events both intimate and grand. Award-winning restaurant Jack Rose serves custom food and beverage menus, making any event in The Parlor one to remember. Situated in the heart of Olde Towne Slidell, LA, The Venue hosts weddings and other special occasions. Characterized by a chic and minimalist design, this modern event facility is a blank canvas that can be tailored to your unique tastes and preferences. The Venue consists of a cavernous warehouse-style banquet hall, which features white walls and large windows that bathe the floors in natural light. Packages come with tables, black cross back chairs, white linens, and optional décor for your table centerpieces. In addition, the staff will help with setup and breakdown. They also offer an event coordinator, who will be on-hand to make sure that everything runs smoothly. Catering can be included in a partnership with a local vendor, or you are more than welcome to contract your own caterer.

When reserving your special day, we aim to make the process as easy as possible and accommodate your needs at every step in the process. In general, our space can accommodate up to 300 guests, and we have multiple spaces in order to make your day special and unique. We allow you to work with any vendors you choose as long as they are licensed and insured, however we are happy to share our favorites with you.

We are located on the Northshore of New Orleans. We have a beautiful venue inside the Maritime Museum as well as the historic lighthouse keepers cottage and dock directly on the Tchefuncte River! We have multiple spaces to fit any needs and any size party! We are nestled in historic downtown Madisonville Louisiana.

The Guru, a unique event space in Baton Rouge that doubles as a community center, is located in the Circa 1857 complex on Government and 19th Streets just across from The Garden District. Housed in an original 1920s mechanics garage, The Guru is a fusion of funky and serene.
