Britny is incredible! We would not have been able to do it without her. She was organized, easy to reach, and thoughtful throughout the entire process. She remembers every detail. My husband and I forgot the place cards for the seating arrangements at home in another state, and Britny found place cards and re-wrote all of them by hand! She also helped organize a location for a tea ceremony we wanted to include in our celebration and set up all the centerpieces for the reception and rehearsal dinner. She also ran our rehearsal for the ceremony and helped to line up everyone on the day of. She's wonderful!

Katie was our day of coordinator for our wedding at the beginning of June. To call her our day of coordinator seems incredibly too simple for her actual role and what she meant to us. I cannot recommend Katie Hopkins enough. We originally hired Katie because of her extensive experience within the wedding and events industry. Right from the beginning of the process, Katie was communicative, personable, organized and incredibly reassuring. Within days, she had created an entire google drive that held all of our vendor information, documents, photographs, timelines, schedule, & questions/answers. Everything was interactive and beyond impressive. During the month prior to the wedding we met virtually several times to secure details on the upcoming day. I was adamant to have a “diy” wedding and bring the majority of items into my venue. Katie was supportive of my entire vision and lended her assistance and expertise in all aspects of the wedding planning process. Upon our wedding weekend, Katie arrived excited and prepared. While we had only met virtually prior, our relationship and collaboration was seamless. She has an incredible sense of organization and attention to detail. She went above and beyond all expectations even prior to the wedding beginning. She had three separate sites to organize, decorate, and execute. At one point, my bridesmaids went to offer any assistance with setup and immediately returned saying, “She’s crushing it!!” During the wedding some of her highlights included assisting with timelines remaining on schedule, communicating with vendors, offering her help when needed and adapting to unforeseen obstacles. Feedback from my guests raved about her efficiency and calm demeanor. Her presence at our wedding allowed me to present. As mentioned, I cannot recommend Katie enough. Showcase Events is a also full service party rental company serving New Hampshire & Western Maine. We offer a full line of top quality tents, tables, farm tables, chairs, dance floors, lighting, place settings, linens, catering equipment and more.

We used Showcase Events Rentals for our wedding on 9-22-23. Our experience was great; their selection of rentals was vast their prices were fair consistent in comparison to other local rental companies. We found that Showcase had the best looking best priced farm tables, which fit out aesthetic perfectly. We specifically chose Showcase because they came highly recommended by our venue for their quality, set up clean up services, month-of coordinator, Sheena. 10/10 recommend. We were very excited to utilize their month-of coordinating services. To no fault of her own, we didn’t really utilize Sheena’s coordinating help too much the actual month-of (we had pretty much everything ready to go a few months in advance we took care of final communications with vendors ahead of time), so I can’t speak to her level of involvement in that sense. However, Sheena was very responsive to our emails from the time we booked our rentals (9 months in advance) she was very helpful with coordinating the rehearsal, setting up the venue the morning of, helping facilitate the smoothest, most stress-free day possible. She was super prepared during our check-in phone call, and we were confident in her ability to handle anything that came up so that we wouldn’t have to! She even purchased several cases of High Noons for us DURING our reception when we unexpectedly ran out! She was fantastic. Sheena worked with 2 other coordinators that day, Kim Kat. Kat was a HUGE help at the start of the ceremony – she helped hold my dress’s train keep me hidden from the guests during the bridal party processional. She has a very calming presence talked me through each moment leading up to my entrance, pointing out my *now* husband escorting his mom down the aisle, pointing out my dad, reassuring me that all those jitters I was feeling in that moment would soon go away the moment I saw my husband at the end of the aisle. She was so right, it was very special to be able to share those moments with someone as sweet as her.

We hired Liv to be our day-of coordinator for a June wedding. We also added on an extra month of her services, so we had her begin working with us to plan in earnest about two months out from the wedding. In the leadup to the big day, Liv was helpful and responsive, typically handling the intercommunications between all of our vendors (we had two different sites for the ceremony and reception and had to bring in everything, including transportation between the two venues) to make sure that everyone was on the same page. She did this work behind the scenes, handling things deftly and in a timely manner. Whenever we needed a check-in, Liv was prompt and responsive and we were able to get quick responses via texts/emails and longer check-ins over the phone. While Liv is still in the early part of her career, she has a clear talent and drive for this sort of event planning work. We were very satisfied with the utility that she provided in helping us to put things together ahead of our wedding date. However, where Liv truly thrived was on the day of the wedding. If she was helpful in the lead up, she was truly indispensable in “running the show.” With all of the logistics involved in moving people between hotels, the ceremony venue, and the wedding venue (as well as a move indoors for the cocktail hour due to rain), Liv was on top of it and in complete command of the situation. She responded to urgent needs with a calm demeanor, clear and concise direction to associated parties, and a constant bent towards customer service. Our wedding day featured rain. A lot of rain. During the reception, which was under a tent in a field, Liv never stopped moving. She helped move people between locations, communicated with the caterer and DJ with ease, and insured that all of our guests were taken care of at every turn. My lasting image of Liv at the wedding is of her running between the catering and reception tents to cover our caterers with umbrellas as they carried the various courses to each table. Despite a downpour during dinner, everyone’s food was perfect and plates were dry. While this is just a microcosm of the work that she did for us on our wedding day, I believe that it encapsulates what makes Liv so good at what she does; she is the kind of go-getter that will do everything within her power to guarantee that your wedding day unfolds as you imagine, and she’ll do it with a smile, a laugh, and a kind word. I cannot recommend Liv Charron highly enough.

Lauren was by far and away the best thing that happened to our wedding planning process. We hired her as a day-of-coordinator as our venue required one, and she absolutely blew us away with everything she did. We had a 1 hour meeting with her every week for the six weeks leading up to the wedding day, so by the time we got to the day itself, we were confident she knew the details of our event inside and out. Lauren asked all the questions that we never would have thought of, and covered details that we definitely would have overlooked ourselves. She handled communication with our vendors, double checked all our contracts, and helped us navigate some last minute logistical challenges that were stressful for us. She is so calm, and so easy to work with. She helped with setup and breakdown of our decorations, and made sure our gifts and cards were all in a safe spot. During the wedding, she was always right there when I looked for her, and she was watching every detail to make sure everything went off without a hitch. We truly don’t have enough praise for Lauren. She is excellent at her job and will take so much stress off your shoulders, leaving you to find more joy in the planning process and the wedding itself.

I don’t even know where to begin. I hired Rachel about a year out from my wedding. I was looking for a day of coordinator and to say she exceeded those expectations would be the understatement of the century. We had monthly check ins leading up to the wedding, with even more calls as the day got closer, to ensure everything was on track. Hands down the best decision my fiancé and I made in the wedding planning process. I am a type-A perfectionist, who is not easy to please, and Rachel eased all of my worries. Kaity is a fantastic coordinator! As a photographer, I have worked with coordinators who don't seem attentive or on the ball. Kaity is the opposite. How can I even put into words how absolutely incredible Kay and her team are?! My wife and I booked a power planning session with Kay in December 2020, shortly after getting engaged. From just that two hour meeting, we learned more about our budget, priorities, and expectations than we had from years of dreaming of our wedding. Kay was so confident and generous in her knowledge, we clicked immediately and as soon as the call ended, we looked and each other and said: "We HAVE to hire her to plan our wedding." As soon we officially booked with Kay, we jumped into regular meetings, endless email advice, vendor recommendations- the works! She also took over all communication and confirmations the month of our wedding which was an absolute lifesaver. Planning our wedding alongside Kay are memories we will cherish always. She is as kind and easy to work alongside as she is professional and precise. Her attention to detail and dedication to our wedding vision remained steadfast throughout the 15 months of planning. She answered every question, solved every problem, and anticipated every need with what seemed like effortless ease. As for the wedding day, her and her team were invaluable assets. My wife and I did not have to worry about a SINGLE detail all day, because we knew KNE had it all covered. She wore about a million hats that day, from designer to therapist to organizer to dress steamer to I'm sure a million other things we weren't privy to because keeping our energy light and happy was her biggest priority. I could go on forever. My biggest message that I hope is taken away from this review is that wedding planners are not only for the "rich and famous" as the media likes to make it seem. Wedding planners, specifically KNE is an unbelievable investment in your time, happiness, mental load, and more. Hiring KNE was the smartest decision we made and at least twice a week we found ourselves saying, "God, what would we do without Kay?!"
