I can't say enough about this team! Best wedding decision my husband Brett and I made was to hire them on board to be our planners. I am a bit of a control freak and super picky, so at first I was not planning on hiring wedding planners because I wanted full control. They came recommended by a friend who knew them from an engagement shoot, and felt their personalities and experience would be a great match for us. One phone call later and I was all in - I realized how much I could benefit from them and make the wedding planning process so fun and enjoyable. We specifically worked with Allie who is amazing. She understood my vision and was SO easy to work with. The type of planners you want to be friends with and are as equally as excited for your wedding as you are! That was important to me. It's impossible not to love this team as they're all so kind, fun, personable, professional and get the job done so seamlessly. A true dream team!!! Allie is very organized, responsive, and gets to the point to get stuff done. She took on so many tasks and responsibilities, and always had an answer or solution to a problem. If we didn’t hear back from a certain vendor or get answers to certain questions in timely manner - she was persistent and got it done. Allie didn't skip a beat, she knew everything about the wedding day and how things were suppose to go - I felt at such ease knowing I had her and her team (and didn't have to rely on parents or wedding party for day of responsibilities) because CityLux truly did it all. I don't know how we could have done it without them. Our wedding day was so magical and went so smoothly. The whole team was running operations the day of - being everywhere at once, communicating with one another through their ear pieces, and going above and beyond for a perfect day to make sure everything was exactly how we wanted. I didn't hear of any mishaps because they handled all the chaos and ensured Brett and I were having the best time and not having to stress about anything. The saddest part of wedding being over has been no longer working with Allie, Sarah, or their team! I want to plan another event just to be able to work with them again (which after a big wedding with lots of planning may sound crazy lol). Trust me, I may not have felt this way prior to having them, but after planning a 200 person wedding, with 10 vendors, and so many details - the most important vendor decision is your planner and I can’t recommend them enough!

I was on the fence on hiring a planner and let me just say, I am soooo thankful I chose to do so. Amy was amazing to work with and made my day so much easier as I did not have to worry about anything. We discussed where and how I wanted the decorations and she executed it so perfectly, it was exactly how I imagined. She even came in clutch multiple times with bobby pins when I decided I no longer wanted my front hair pieces out as well as double sided sticky patches to hold my lightweight memorial items down on the table as it was an outside event & rainy. We had heard of Julie from our Caterer - he had recommended her to us. And we are SO GLAD he did. She was a Rockstar on our wedding day. She helped set up our venue and coordinate our vendors on the day-of so we did not have to lift a finger. She had been super communicative with us before the wedding so she knew what was our vision. And it was truly a dream come true. Julie had helped the caterers set up almost everything! She worked with them to set up the ceremony (which was beautiful). She set up our archway and put down the decorations with the florist. Then she transferred our arch to the sweetheart table! There were so many details that she helped set up from our tablescapes to the audio guest book to the table and guest cards. She did it all! She also was super helpful and communicated with us on the timeline, helped organize our line-up for the ceremony, made sure we had food and drink during dinner, coordinated with our bus driver, and cleaned up everything at the end of the night for us to pick up in the morning. We would highly recommend Julie for anyone who needs a Day-of Coordinator!

We hired Liv to be our day-of coordinator for a June wedding. We also added on an extra month of her services, so we had her begin working with us to plan in earnest about two months out from the wedding. In the leadup to the big day, Liv was helpful and responsive, typically handling the intercommunications between all of our vendors (we had two different sites for the ceremony and reception and had to bring in everything, including transportation between the two venues) to make sure that everyone was on the same page. She did this work behind the scenes, handling things deftly and in a timely manner. Whenever we needed a check-in, Liv was prompt and responsive and we were able to get quick responses via texts/emails and longer check-ins over the phone. While Liv is still in the early part of her career, she has a clear talent and drive for this sort of event planning work. We were very satisfied with the utility that she provided in helping us to put things together ahead of our wedding date. However, where Liv truly thrived was on the day of the wedding. If she was helpful in the lead up, she was truly indispensable in “running the show.” With all of the logistics involved in moving people between hotels, the ceremony venue, and the wedding venue (as well as a move indoors for the cocktail hour due to rain), Liv was on top of it and in complete command of the situation. She responded to urgent needs with a calm demeanor, clear and concise direction to associated parties, and a constant bent towards customer service. Our wedding day featured rain. A lot of rain. During the reception, which was under a tent in a field, Liv never stopped moving. She helped move people between locations, communicated with the caterer and DJ with ease, and insured that all of our guests were taken care of at every turn. My lasting image of Liv at the wedding is of her running between the catering and reception tents to cover our caterers with umbrellas as they carried the various courses to each table. Despite a downpour during dinner, everyone’s food was perfect and plates were dry. While this is just a microcosm of the work that she did for us on our wedding day, I believe that it encapsulates what makes Liv so good at what she does; she is the kind of go-getter that will do everything within her power to guarantee that your wedding day unfolds as you imagine, and she’ll do it with a smile, a laugh, and a kind word. I cannot recommend Liv Charron highly enough.

We worked with Ashley at Kelly Elizabeth Events for our wedding in August. Ashley provided us with partial wedding planning support (6 months). We spoke with a number of different planners who's services included providing access to some general software and template checklists. Unlike other options, Kelly Elizabeth Events look the time to understand how you envisioned your day, what support you wanted vs. needed, and identified & swiftly actioned areas that needed to be addressed. We received a personalized, detailed checklist and agenda every time we met with Ashley. Ashley was an all-star, planning angel. During the planning sessions, she was understanding of my husband and my tight working schedules. Ashley navigated the challenges of us living and planning from another state. She pushed progress in areas that we couldn't, while finding ways for our decisions and preferences to be layered in. One example of the efficiency and thoughtfulness of Ashley - since my husband and I don't live in Boston, we needed to leverage holiday weekends or even work trips nearby to fit in a stop in Boston. We needed to fit a venue walkthrough, cake tasting, and rental appointment in one week. Recognizing three separate appointments would be near impossible for us, Ashley picked up rental samples for us to view during our venue walkthrough, went out of her way to drop off the samples, and facilitated a thorough venue walkthrough with our catering team and venue director. On top of all that, Ashley managed to bring us our cake tasting samples so we could have a remote cake tasting. Without Ashley, we would've needed to take work days off or come back another weekend. On a separate note, we later found out our close friends had used Kelly Elizabeth Events for their wedding as well. They underscored how happy they were with their choice too; they would equally recommend and refer Kelly Elizabeth Events! The best decision we made while planning our September 2022 wedding was hiring Ariana and the AMC Weddings team. Her attention to detail, organization, and professionalism throughout the entire wedding planning and designing process was astounding. Ariana was there to make us feel confident in each decision we were making for our wedding day whether the decision big or small. Ariana was our contact person for all of our vendors to alleviate the stress and burden of many, many emails which made the wedding planning process for us that much more enjoyable. Her immaculately-detailed timelines, design plans, itineraries, and expertise were truly unmatched and made our wedding day better than we could have ever imagined. The AMC Weddings Team (thank you also to Pascale, Lauren, and Macey!) blended in during our wedding day so seamlessly. There was even an issue with the person that was supposed to bring our dog Luna to our first look location. We, as the bride and groom, didn’t even realize it was an issue until the following day that Luna was not going to be able to be brought back to our home nearby by the dog company we hired. AMC Weddings didn’t even think twice and drove over 40 minutes one-way to ensure she was brought back safely, without even a hiccup in the day. Our friends and family could not stop telling us how wonderful, professional, and helpful Ariana and her team were throughout the entire day. How can I even put into words how absolutely incredible Kay and her team are?! My wife and I booked a power planning session with Kay in December 2020, shortly after getting engaged. From just that two hour meeting, we learned more about our budget, priorities, and expectations than we had from years of dreaming of our wedding. Kay was so confident and generous in her knowledge, we clicked immediately and as soon as the call ended, we looked and each other and said: "We HAVE to hire her to plan our wedding." As soon we officially booked with Kay, we jumped into regular meetings, endless email advice, vendor recommendations- the works! She also took over all communication and confirmations the month of our wedding which was an absolute lifesaver. Planning our wedding alongside Kay are memories we will cherish always. She is as kind and easy to work alongside as she is professional and precise. Her attention to detail and dedication to our wedding vision remained steadfast throughout the 15 months of planning. She answered every question, solved every problem, and anticipated every need with what seemed like effortless ease. As for the wedding day, her and her team were invaluable assets. My wife and I did not have to worry about a SINGLE detail all day, because we knew KNE had it all covered. She wore about a million hats that day, from designer to therapist to organizer to dress steamer to I'm sure a million other things we weren't privy to because keeping our energy light and happy was her biggest priority. I could go on forever. My biggest message that I hope is taken away from this review is that wedding planners are not only for the "rich and famous" as the media likes to make it seem. Wedding planners, specifically KNE is an unbelievable investment in your time, happiness, mental load, and more. Hiring KNE was the smartest decision we made and at least twice a week we found ourselves saying, "God, what would we do without Kay?!"

I don’t think I’ll ever have enough words to describe how magnificent Nicole was, but I’ll try. Planning a wedding can turn into absolute madness trying to tackle every task on multiple different list. I also was planning a wedding during Covid. Courtney was outstanding! From our very first meeting, even before we decided to book her, she was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. Once we did decide to move forward with her, she was an incredible resource. She recommended the majority of our vendors (who were all phenomenal in their own way), assisted with keeping tabs on our venue, and went above and beyond in supporting us through the myriad of details in planning our wedding. It's not exaggerating to say that we would have lost our minds without her keeping us on target. Although Courtney was already booked for another wedding on the day of, she was always available and ready to answer any questions that came up. We always felt fully supported, no matter how many weddings she was planning! On the day, we had Hillary, Courtney's second-in-command, there to run the show. She could not have been more amazing! If there were any hiccups, she handled them without our knowledge, and she made sure everything ran smoothly all day. We are so, so, so grateful to Crown Coordination for helping us create and execute the wedding of our dreams. The only downside now that our wedding is over is that we don't get to spend time with such incredible people!

Shaymah was extremely organized with a very chaotic wedding - chaos due to family drama, etc. While the chaos was stressful, Shaymah was very detailed and thorough with all of the wedding planning, including designing florals and signs completely on her own (great designer too!), and including last minute issues with guest count, etc. She's very sweet, kind and helpful and great to work with! I would recommend her for any type of wedding event. She was also very professional through all of the chaos and made sure that the event went well!

KaDeana is absolutely incredible. My husband and I booked her through our bartending service "Party On The Rocks" to be our day-of-coordinator. This lady goes above and beyond for her brides. I booked her way back in 2018/19 for our August 2020 wedding. Due to COVID restrictions (which she kept us with for us) we had to postpone our reception twice and both times she kept up with our vendors to keep them informed. We didn't have to change any one of our vendors. They were all of our original picks. KaDeana was there for us through it all. We finally had our wedding in April 2022. I can't count all of the times we emailed, texted, or called back and fourth. She was on top of every detail. I can't imagine trying to plan everything by myself.
