She was so supportive in translating our ideas to our vendors, giving us thorough guidelines and to-do lists, and pushing back on any unreasonable requests or incompetent service from vendors. I contacted and scheduled a consultation with Serena and was instantly impressed by her promptness and professionalism. We hired Serena to help with month of wedding coordination as well as assistance with seeking a few other vendors. She started contacting vendors the next day after signing the contract, and kept close communication throughout the process of booking the vendors. Although we hired her for month of coordination, she was always available with her guidance and suggestions. When the month of coordinating began, I knew I could hand over everything to Serena, and we’d be in good hands. We had several virtual meetings discussing our wedding timeline, and she made sure to contact every vendor and assure that everything was in place. The communication was superb. Our wedding reception was nothing short of spectacular, and everything ran so smoothly thanks to Serena! On the weekends when I'm not working, you can find me chasing the last 7 of my bucket list states, exploring our nation's national parks, or hunting for all kinds of treasure - from metal detecting on the beach to sifting through thrift store aisles!

I contacted Rachel to help day-of our belated wedding reception we called our "Happily Ever After". I thought it was cute how the business is called "Happily Ever Adventure Co." which goes with the theme, but I ended up choosing her over others after our consultation because everything seemed to be aligned in expectations. Plus I loved how personable and authentic she is! Even though I told her I only needed help day-of so I could enjoy the event without playing "host", she still helped follow up with vendors and make sure I had everything ready to go even a month before. I dropped off the decorations at the venue the day before so she had everything to set up. I'll be honest and say I didn't have a clear vision of what I wanted the decorations to end up looking like, but whatever expectations I had she blew me away! I almost cried seeing the sweetheart table come together so perfectly. Throughout the night she and Mallory were on top of helping the vendors get set up and striked, took care of any issues that came up flawlessly, kept me and the groom on our timeline (in a nice and somewhat flexible way that ensured everything got done but we still enjoyed our time), and always made sure I had a drink in my hand (whether our signature cocktail or water). They definitely helped my vague vision of what I wanted the night to be become something better than I could ever have hoped for. They even were able to clean everything up and packed away without me having to worry about anything. They were a huge help, and more than that, they were so fun to work with that I'm willing to hang out and grab drinks with them at some point! Everything went so smoothly on our big day, and 90% of that is because of Rachel and Mallory. I can't thank them enough!

One of my biggest regrets with my wedding was not hiring Tatiana sooner! My wedding day was absolutely perfect thanks to Vine Branch. You could not find a better person to help you with your wedding than Tatiana. Whatever you do, your first step after being engaged should be to hire her and not look back. Don’t learn your lesson and regret it like I did! This will be the single best decision you make. Tatiana is made for this role. Her attention to detail, her personality, her organization, her commitment to her people and making them happy and their lives easier. When I got engaged, I contacted Tatiana. She helped me with venue suggestions, logistics, everything - emails, phone calls, texts, you name it. Our budget was small, and at the end of the day, we decided not to hire her. A HUGE mistake. (Taking this second to add, even when we decided not to hire her, Tatiana was the most gracious and still offered to help in any way she could). I am type A, I am an attorney. How hard can this be? My goodness how wrong I was! I struggled coordinating everything and that is an understatement. I read books, I read blogs, I reached out to hundreds of vendors. All while pulling my hair out, not sleeping, and hating the planning process rather than looking forward to my wedding. Fast forward one year to the day before my wedding. I got a text from my rental place - your rentals are in the truck on their way to your venue! Oh no.I had booked my rentals for the wrong YEAR. That night, after lots of crying, I called Tatiana and begged her to let me hire her. I was so nervous, head in my hands, and I needn’t have been - no one is more kind and gracious and understanding and just plain wanting to help.I From that year onward, life was so much easier and less stressful. I had someone in my corner, who I trusted wholeheartedly, helping me every step of the way. She constantly assured me no question was too stupid, no text too needy - and thank goodness. I knew nothing about wedding planning. So many details I had not even thought about - like without Tatiana, I would have forgotten that I needed transportation to my own wedding. She was there for countless questions, from what things can I cut to save money, to how many candles do I need, to which of these invitations looks best after I’ve gone back and forth 100 times. Tatiana is a friend, a comforting presence, a sounding board for all your ideas and a super knowledgeable older sister to walk you through it all. On top of that she is a true professional who knows every single detail of your wedding inside and out. The month before, as I was stressing out more than before, Tatiana was the one confirming everything with the vendors, making sure my rental would be delivered on the right day this time, my florals would be perfect, my photographer and dj knew the timelines she’d created, everything. So much taken off my plate so I could worry about the things I actually needed to worry about. Every single vendor told me that she was incredible, so organized, so knowledgeable, so nice - how lucky I was to have her as my planner. Vine Branch is responsible for my wedding going off without a hitch. I could focus on getting ready and calming my nerves, knowing that her team was getting the ceremony and reception locations set up and making everything perfect behind the scenes. I am a super anxious person, and having someone by my side every step of the way was worth every single penny and then some.

They also gave us invaluable advice before the wedding which we followed and it helped to keep us very organized on our end. The decor took our breath away. We aren't design experts and just had a general idea of what we liked. Also owing to our busy schedules which left us little time to participate in the design process, we let Natalie run freely with the concepts she came up with and would tell any other couple to do the same! You won't regret it! I might be something of a designer's nightmare: a bride who doesn't always know what she wants and doesn't have time to plan anything but has high standards about whatever it is. I secretly feared that my wedding would never live up to what I hoped but when we stepped into our ceremony and reception, our jaws were on the floor the whole time. We could not believe this was our wedding because ohhhh my godd. It's like Natalie knew exactly what we wanted without us even knowing it ourselves. The fact that she designed and planned this for us while based in a different city the whole time makes it all the more impressive to me. Last of all, I want to add how grateful I am that Natalie always made sure that both my husband and I felt equally included in decisions. Many vendors treat the bride as if she is the only one whose opinion matters and while maybe this is traditional in the industry, I could tell that he felt left out sometimes. So I want to thank Natalie for always treating it like it was OUR wedding and not just mine because it meant a lot to my husband.

I was referred by Jay from the DJay company when I asked him if I should get a day of coordinator for my wedding and he said if I could afford it, absolutely. Megan has been an absolute life saver during our wedding process. We had multiple meetings over the phone discussing the day of timeline process, any questions I had, any suggestions or ideas she had, etc. We met the week before the wedding to do a final walk through and go over the day of timeline which helped ease a lot of our anxiety about where things would go and how things would flow together. Megan was there the day before our wedding for our rehearsal dinner & she picked up all of our wedding decor to take to our venue the next day. The day of the wedding, she was there literally from beginning to end. She was so kind and helpful, assisted in areas we couldn’t, set up our decor beautifully, helped our vendors set up and show them where they’re supposed to go, she helped set up our tables beautifully! When it was time for our cocktail hour pictures she met us outside with food and drinks knowing the bride and groom do not eat much during the wedding day. When we sat down at our sweetheart table, we had our dinner plates stacked with food sitting there waiting for us with water and drinks. She went above and beyond for us and we are forever grateful we could save the money and afford to hire her for our wedding. It made all of the difference. At the end of the night she packed everything up for us and signed off on the venue paperwork that we were down and cleaned up. My experience working with Nicole was amazing! She is hands down the best planner/ design stylist in the wedding industry! I work in the wedding industry as a wedding photographer so I was a little particular with my wedding planning needs. Nicole has been amazing since our first virtual meet up! Not long after our first virtual meet up she drove down to see our wedding space in person and took lots of videos and photos and even measurements. Nicole is amazing at what she does and is so detailed! We discussed placement of items briefly and not long after nicole sent a mood board with photos of the space with items she thought would look best! I was so shocked and excited that she went above and beyond to give me a visual of what the space would look like. Throughout the year leading up to our wedding , Nicole was extremely responsive to all of my emails and I loved that so much about her. Communication is so important to me and Nicole stayed in communication all year long. Nicole found all of my rentals that would match the vibe of my wedding and communicated with all of my vendors for me. I honestly would not have survived the wedding planning process without her. Nicole is so detailed with her planning & designing and sent me a final design board with everything we had been discussing all year with exact pictures of our rentals and photoshopped mock ups of what my florals would look like. Nicole listened to all my wedding needs and wants and created the most beautiful design board absolutely nailing my vision! The day of my wedding I was blown away at how beautiful everything turned out! Although it looked almost identical to the design board she found ways to still surprise and add unique touches to the design. The day of I didn’t realize things weren’t completed( on my end. Some signage didn’t get made) but Nicole improvised last minute and rearranged some items so that I wasn’t even able to tell. Nicole is truly so talented and I’m so happy I found her!! She is so sweet, creative, talented, and communicative and I will forever be recommending her to everyone! 10/10 recommend nicole with Nicole Leza Design! On our wedding day and rehearsal as well she kept the whole crew on top of everything, and everything ran on time and seamlessly. I remember she came over to us during dinner reception and reminded us to take a moment to take it all in with each other – I now realized how important that was as I am still dreaming of that day and reliving all the moments in my mind. At the end of the evening – everything got packed neatly away into our cars so all we had to do was drive back. It was so amazing to work with her we cannot thank her and her team enough for their efforts to make our special day the best ever.

Where do I even begin with Ivory & Stone?! Let’s just say without them, there probably would’ve been no wedding. I had the pleasure of working with Robyn Fallon. The other girls were always available, but boy did I get lucky with her! She felt like a best friend during those six months, but was so professional at the same time. She knew every single detail that needed to be dealt with, at a moments notice (things I would’ve never thought of). We had many video calls, but I began looking forward to them. She never complained or made me feel crazy for changing my mind 64828 times. I trusted her with my life at that point. She knew I didn’t like something before I even knew I didn’t like it. I gave her the reigns, and she NAILED everything. The design, the vendor coordination, the scheduling, etc etc etc. They also use this platform that allows you to track everything, and it has every information a wedding could need. It made vendor shopping, budgeting, and communication so easy. I was never worried I was forgetting something. Some of my planning I was doing overseas, which did not make anything harder due to how accommodating she was. Keep in mind she’s also planning 47382 other weddings at the same time, but I felt like the only one. Fast forward to the big day… it went perfect. I could cry thinking about it. She was checking in on us throughout the entire day / night making sure we had food, drinks, and reminding us to enjoy each moment. At one point she even hair sprayed my husbands hair because it was acting wild hahah. Our guests are STILL reaching out to us raving about how beautiful everything was. Robyn is an all-in-one super hero. I will never forget her!
