The catering kitchen is unrivaled throughout the middle Tennessee area and the ballroom is always impeccably kept. The addition of the beautifully landscaped patio behind the mansion for a garden party or cocktail reception, as well as the option for guests to tour the historic home makes this venue entirely unique. Anyone for whom we have planned an event for here has had guests talking about how incredible and memorable their experience was for many years after!

Thank you for your interest in Marathon Village. Our Event Space is located in a 106 year old factory. It has an antique oak staircase leading up to the third floor. The space itself has exposed brick walls, high ceilings, and large windows with a view of the Nashville's downtown skyline. We require a liability insurance policy for up to $1,000,000 for the day of the event. We have a beautiful Ready Room that is yours for the day of booking. You also get tables and chairs include. We don't have a list preferred vendors, so the catering is 100% your choice. We have a reach in cooler, ice maker, sink (no food allowed down sink), 3 trashcans, and hot box in the catering area. Alcohol is allowed, but absolutely no selling alcohol or serving to minors. There is a stereo system hooked up with 1/8" cable in the room where a DJ can plug a computer or you can bring in your own equipment.

We LOVE working at the Room with and View. Victoria is truly a breath of fresh air and makes the planning process so smooth. If you are in Nashville and your are looking for a view and exposed brick, I would select a Room with a View.
