We choose to serve sandwiches because there’s an option for everybody. More importantly it gives us an opportunity to showcase the local ingredients of our community. With Nate’s experience in restaurants over the years and Charlie’s baking expertise we are able to create a fresh and home-style sandwich that you can’t find anywhere else.

We serve Greek/Mediterranean inspired food with kicked up flavors. Reminiscent of traditional flavors with our own flare. We strive to make as much as possible from scratch using local ingredients whenever possible.

Her passion for food sparked at a young age & has only grown stronger over the years. She pursued her culinary aspirations by enrolling at Johnson & Wales University, where she attained a BS in Culinary Arts & Food Service Management and an MBA in Hospitality Management. Chef Nikia has an impressive professional background, having worked at renowned establishments such as The Catered Affair, Deuxave, Kate's Table, & Restaurant Associates.

I finally decided to share my love and passion for making pizza with everyone around me through my mobile business. I have been working in pizzerias since I was 14 years old, working through every position available and fine-tuning my skills to become a business owner.
