It all started with a beach wedding and a highlight film. That was my first wedding I filmed while I attended Penn State in 2002. During my college career, I got to film for THON, Penn State Athletics, and I was a Blue Band Videographer for 2 seasons. After I graduated, I worked for Penn State Sports Marketing. I had the privilege to create promotional videos for GOPSUSports GoPSF, Bryce Jordan Center, and Beaver Stadium's scoreboards. I am a man that enjoys history. Far too often, we are completely unaware of ours. Video is relatively new as a mainstream staple in our society and we still don't fully appreciate it's value. My mission, and that of Gilded Heart Films, is to educate couples that work with me on the less thought of benefits of video. 8 generations from now, will they know who you were? Who your family was? I have been involved in the "arts" since I was a child. It wasn't until I graduated high school when I really started to pick up a camera. It stated with photography when a friend of mine asked me to take photos of him for instagram. From that point on it was addicting. I later met someone who was interested in hiring me to do videography for his wedding. Growing up I have always said that there isn't any project too big. So I took this challenge and kicked it in the butt. They were extremely pleased and that's what started the videography business.
