Using my skills, I do my best to craft stunning wedding cakes and delectable desserts that will have you and your guests wanting more. I create a variety of desserts and cakes for any special occasion with various techniques. From icing-covered sugar cookies to a variety of desserts for a buffet, I do it all. Sugar Monster is an award winning, concierge cake studio owned by Pastry Chef Ashley Holt. Ashley has won prestigious honors in her field and is currently working as the Senior Food Stylist at the TODAY Show. She has been in the cake industry for 10 years and puts incredible attention to detail in each of her designs. Her availability is limited and she is very selective with the orders she currently takes. Our recipes are family passed down, us being the 3rd generation to share them publicly for any and all celebrations, and use spices directly from the Caribbean.
