As we renovated this historic 1921 Cadillac Dealership, we respected its character and kept the exposed brick walls, original black & white marble Showroom floor and lofty 30' ceilings with skylights. We added only "real" materials like concrete, brick, steel, reclaimed wood and glass in bringing the old building back to life as a wedding venue. The result is a truly unique, handcrafted, industrial urban-renewal work of art! Cadillac Service Garage features a private Terrace Courtyard, gorgeous architectural features, industrial texture and a Wandering Garden for photography, multiple indoor & outdoor ceremony locations, two large, well-appointed private suites with early access, two built-in bars, a built-in stage, on-site parking, custom-built farm tables & Chiavari chairs, and custom lighting that includes permanent (indoor & outdoor) festoon string lights.

Coley Hall at The Liberty began as a run-down century old Tobacco Warehouse. After being purchased by Elkin native Cicely McCulloch, the space was transformed into a beautiful wedding venue. However, one cannot help but notice the space’s rich history. With an industrial feel, century-old exposed beams overhead, weathered wood, and distressed brick, it’s the definition of rustic elegance and can be tailor-made to fit any style. The Market at Grelen is thrilled to announce the opening of its newest venture, The Grelen Depot. With historic preservation, art and beauty in mind, this versatile property was thoughtfully renovated and designed by Grelen Co-Owner, Leslie Gregg. Her objective was to enhance the charm and character of the lovely Main Street by creatively restoring this classic old-world structure situated in the historic town of Orange, Virginia. The Grelen Depot boasts high ceilings, ample natural light, an art gallery, bar and lounge areas as well as a loft space with a range of seating options. Each space has its own distinct personality and all can be used for a variety of events including weddings, rehearsal dinners, holiday parties, workshops, corporate retreats, and more. Inspired by his poem "To One in Paradise," the Museum's Enchanted Garden was created in 1922 to pay tribute to this passion. The historic Murphey School auditorium is the home of Raleigh's innovative Burning Coal Theatre Company. In 1960, the auditorium was the site of the vote to desegregate the City School System, so it is one of the most important and historic rooms in the city.

Longacre boasts over 2 acres of boxwood and garden spaces to create a beautiful outdoor and English Garden wedding scene. We have several locations within the grounds for receptions and ceremonies to accommodate 20 to 200 guests. The Gazebo works as both a great wedding arch with the fountain area perfect for reception gathering of a Tudor house backdrop to your ceremony. The Space Downtown was created in late 2010 by owners of chefs Tim Burgess and Vincent Derquenne. The two have been partners since 1991, creating their first restaurant Metropolitain which operated in the same location as Space. It closed in 2003 and the chef pair sold the restaurant but remained owners of the building. In early 2010, the location became vacant and the two decided to open for private parties only. In addition to the Space Downtown, the pair operate Bizou and Bang restaurants, all three close in vicinity to one another.

The restored Historic Melrose Knitting Mill is a three-story brick mill, nestled in downtown Raleigh.
