Hello Intellects, I am Edwin Velasquez I am a wedding photographer and cinematographer in Tampa, Fl. When I am not capturing a wedding, you can find me playing tag with my two little girls around the kitchen island.

My name is Mitchell Gaston, and I love telling stories. I began my filmmaking journey all the way back in middle school (which is further back than I care to admit), making silly videos with my friends. Somewhere along the line I got a chance to film a wedding, and I haven't looked back since. Meeting amazing couples and getting to tell their stories is, and continues to be, a dream come true.

We’re DeAndre + Jazmine Nevels — husband and wife team, whose interest and desire to explore brought us here, photographing, filming love stories locally and internationally. We’re based in Dallas, Texas but we travel out for weddings and intimate elopements all over the country.

You’ve probably heard the meaning of opal as, “precious stone,” or “queen of gems,” but we’re really focused on the reflected light that an opal emits (we’re photographers and videographers after all, we're kind of obsessed with light). DewyFilms sprouted from a youtube channel for silly videos into what it is today. My dad called me Dewy when I was little, so I figured I'd lean into that and make it something big!
