The Estate boasts an exquisite Mansion, built in 1873, and a newly renovated Ballroom. The Majestic theatre is one of the largest Vaudeville theatre’s in Chicago-land and oldest in the United States, will re-open in late 2010 as a multi-purpose venue. The theatre featuring a/an full stage, 20-foot screen, art deco grand style second & third floor balconies, and rear walking museum will seat 500. The theatre being equipped with hi-end technology capabilities will not only host Wedding ceremonies, receptions, concerts, fashion shows, business seminars, pageants and proms but just about any venue the mind could develop. On the first floor, the lovely Tea Room with sparkling chandeliers flows into the Music Room with one of our grand pianos. The Sun Porch can be used as a wedding suite or additional seating during cocktail hour, providing multiple settings for your friends and family to enjoy. The double staircase off the marble foyer leads to the dramatic Grand Ballroom, the perfect place for dinner and dancing. The Woman’s Club allows you to select a caterer from our broad list with various price ranges to accommodate your budget. The BRIX on the Fox represents two venues. The flagship Two-Sixty, provides ample room for 75-320 guests and the Industria, for 50-200 guests. Both venues overlook the graceful Fox River. Both "The Two-Sixty" and "The Industria" are separate event venues. Each venue is divided into your main reception and bar area, prep kitchen, bridal suite, restrooms and coat check.
