TWO VENUES ONE TEAM: THE CENTURY + NINE3ONE We offer two full service wedding venues located in Modesto, Ca. With decades of experience in venue, food, and beverage services combined, we are ready to guide you down your planning journey from day one all the way to “I DO!”. The Century is a chic, urban venue built in the early 1900s with exposed brick walls, beautiful crystal chandeliers and gorgeous acacia wood floors. The Century has room for up to 250 guests for reception only, and up to 175 for a ceremony and a reception. Nine3One is a coworking facility located next door to The Century that opened 2019. Nine3One features 3 unique event spaces. The Alcove is the main event space that leads out into The Botanical Breezeway, a completely covered outdoor space that runs the length of the entire building. The Bouquet Bar is a small event space perfect for smaller parties and also makes a great space for cocktail hour. Nine3One has room for up to 70 guests when using all three spaces.

Our wedding at The Century was the best day of our lives it was all thanks to our amazing coordinator and our entire life line for this wedding, Tatiana, who made our experience unforgettable and so seamlessly easy. From decorations, to signage, and all the little details in between, we put our trust in her and she went above and beyond to make our vision come true. After our wedding, we received endless compliments about how much fun and how beautiful the whole event turned out. Not to mentioned she was SO awesome to hang out with throughout the whole process. No matter what request we had, she did it with a smile on her face and made every meeting we had together so fun. So from the bottom of our hearts Tati, Thank You So Incredibly Much! We love you and are so grateful for everything you did to make our day so special! With that being said, we highly recommend having your wedding/event at The Century. We were beyond satisfied with our experience and we really enjoyed working with the entire staff involved. Thank you guys!!!

Riggers Loft is situated on the edge of the San Francisco Bay. It is urban chic with high loft ceilings and wooden trusses that invite further decoration. The venue is filled with windows looking out onto the bay with the city skyline directly across the bay. The inside space is 7000 square feet with a footprint that is malleable, and is easily and beautifully delineated by racks of wine barrels. Outside is a 5000 square foot patio overlooking the bay. Many lovely ceremonies have taken place there with sailboats drifting by, and seagulls and sea lions making their entrances as well.

I'm reviewing Riggers Loft as a wedding venue, as I recently had my wedding here. The venue is spectacular: the views are incredible, the building has the perfect warehouse vibe, and there is an active Osprey nest nearby that adds to the overall allure of the place. Ships, both big and small, float by, reminding you that even though this is part of an old WW2 facility, the nearby port is still very active. My partner and I interacted with Barbara, one of the owners, to plan our wedding. Barbara was always kind, professional, responsive, and totally accommodating of our requests. Thanks to Barbara and Riggers Loft staff, our wedding went even better than we imagined. If you like the feel of this place as a wedding venue, they'll work with you to make your dream wedding become reality. Such an amazing place! Also--our guests loved the wine!

We will forever remember our gorgeous Oakland wedding at the Terrace Room. This venue highlights the beauty of Oakland, especially at night. It’s absolutely stunning. Candi (the event coordinator) was super sweet and worked with us faithfully, even through two COVID-19 postponements. After hearing about all the horrors couples went through with unaccommodating venues, Terrace Room made it easy to stick it out with them to have the wedding we originally wanted. Their food is fantastic as well! We keep getting compliments on it from our guests to this day. Choosing Terrace Room meant knocking out many to-do’s off our wedding planning list, as they provide a lot of services in their pricing. Speaking of price, this place can’t be beat. You get a lot for your money. Take a look at their preferred vendor list as well, they have some winners! Thank you eternally to Candi and Terrace Room for hosting the most beautiful night of our lives.

Working with Sequoia and her team at Tarocco was a seamless experience. I used Tarocco for two private events in which Tarocco provided the food and the wine. From booking the event, to choosing the menu, to closing up shop; Tarocco made my events super easy to pull off. Tarocco was quick to respond to my inquiry and was easily available for questions etc. prior to the event. The event space is beautiful and worked well for each unique event; one was seated and one was a more casual cocktail type event. Overall, 5 stars!
