The Shores of Cedar Point is situated on a large farm and is located on the North River in Mathews county Virginia. The Bride and her bridal party use part of the 1930's brick home to get ready in. The Groom and his bridal party have a separate room and is located a short walk away near the barn. The remodeled rustic barn is just a few more steps away with a fixed dance floor and twinkle lighting. We provide white padded chairs and tables for 150. We have another covered site for inclement weather. Ample parking and majestic scenery for you and your guest to enjoy as they meander down past cows and goats to the wedding site. For Saturday weddings the Friday before is blocked off so the wedding party can come in a decorate and have their rehearsal at no extra charge. The pergola was designed to capture sunset between the pillars overlooking the river, to make those everlasting memories.

Pheasant Run Farm Bed and Breakfast is a 48 farm, the original stone barn of the farm has been lovingly re-purposed into a bed and breakfast. The bed and breakfast features 4 overnight rooms. The ground floor, with separate entrances, has a large banquet room and a separate adjoining space perfect for indoor ceremonies and dancing. Outside the doors of the reception rooms is a large brick patio and pollinator garden, just right for cocktail hour. At the edge of the woods is a huge Maple tree and a waterfall where most of our couples choose to have their wedding ceremony. Artemis Venues provides three beautiful spaces located in South Central Pennsylvania. The Barn is our secluded outdoor venue located on 17 acres of pristine land overlooking The Susquehanna River! Terrapin Station (our newest venue) is recently remodeled from an old tobacco factory build in 1910. It has a rustic, industrial feel and is the perfect place to dance under the twinkling lights. Artemis features a historical ballroom with stadium seating and one of a kind light fixtures.
