Lauren is both of these things. If you are fortunate enough to be reading this review before she is completely booked for the year, consider yourself very lucky. I’d describe myself to be a relatively organized and budget-conscious person. A month-of-coordinator was an expense that I initially hoped to avoid…. believe me when I say hiring Lauren was the best decision we made to ensure my husband and I and all of our loved ones enjoyed the day fully. She did so much for us that I honestly cannot list it all. This girl LOVES her job and is out there to make your day happen. She is somehow everywhere all at once - but not in-your-face at all. She is super responsive, so detailed, and somehow, makes every interaction lovely and relaxed while also being firm and getting the job done. She will go to bat for you, she will capture the hearts of your vendors and families, she will have you and your spouse talking about how wonderful she is after every meeting you have with her. Not only did Erika and Dee show up early to personally assure all the necessary elements of the day, but they even came prepared with a printed plan and a second copy for me. These two assisted my staff with set up, wiped down tables and chairs themselves after a flash rainstorm threw us a wrench, and dealt with every situation as it arose so that I didn't need to. They were both incredibly attentive and warm. My staff greatly enjoyed working with them. I would highly recommend these go-getters to plan your next event. Where to even begin… Liv was SPECTACULAR. I literally barely lifted a finger for our wedding. She made our day seamless. We didn’t have one single thing fall through the cracks. She was on it. We didn’t run a minute behind and the entire night was FLAWLESS. She went above and beyond. Covered all the vendor coordination, meetings, timeline for our wedding and rehearsal- all I had to do was show up. Even when one of the groomsmen requested a lint roller and there wasn’t one - Liv made a makeshift packing tape roller to make sure he got what he needed:) Honestly, I could not recommend her more. Nicole is clearly passionate about building her wedding planning business, which if you hire her, you’ll quickly realize. She makes the time for you, is super attentive, has an eye for detail and keeps a level head while navigating the real-time happenings and changes that come with any event. Even though we only hired Nicole as a day-of coordinator, she went above and beyond in helping in so many other ways in the lead up to our wedding day. We were pretty hands on in our planning, but Nicole always made thoughtful suggestions to help us push things along and fill in the gaps we were missing. She guided us on a work-back timeline and stayed in contact with us throughout all of the planning. She built out our day of timeline, which helped us fill in the gaps that we were forgetting/missing. If we could rewind, we would have chosen a full-on coordinator for all the planning and logistics vs just a day-of coordinator after experiencing how helpful Nicole was. It’s worth mentioning that Nicole had minor hand surgery in the months prior to our wedding, and even though she was healed up the day-of, she made sure nothing could possibly go wrong by enlisting her super kind husband to come along for the day to help out with setting up, which was above and beyond what we had signed up for. So you can feel confident that Nicole will deliver for you regardless of the situation! Another way Nicole went above and beyond… we were hoping to have candle holders for our reception tables. We were hesitant to purchase some ourselves due to the price and knowing we’d only use them one day, but Nicole offered up her own candle holders she had on hand, so we could have the vibe we envisioned. It’s that level of kindness and thoughtfulness that really makes a difference in the experience and we cannot thank her enough for everything she did. If you’re looking for a wedding coordinator, look no further than Nicole. Her wedding business is flourishing and we’re so happy to have worked with her!

I cannot say enough incredible things about Erin. Above and beyond does not begin to cover it! Look no further for any of your wedding planning needs. We hired Erin for our month of coordinator almost 2 years in advance. From the beginning, she was very responsive, informative, kind, and helpful. I am pretty organized, and she consistently thought of questions I didn't! I was very impressed with her demeanor with myself and the rest of our vendors. Our venue required a pre-approved coordinator, and Erin took the steps to contact them to make sure she would work out, and we are so glad she did! She did everything she said she would and then some. She reached out to all of our vendors, worked with us on our timeline (many times!), attended our rehearsal, and never got frustrated even when we had a lot going on. Showcase Events is a also full service party rental company serving New Hampshire & Western Maine. We offer a full line of top quality tents, tables, farm tables, chairs, dance floors, lighting, place settings, linens, catering equipment and more.

We used Showcase Events Rentals for our wedding on 9-22-23. Our experience was great; their selection of rentals was vast their prices were fair consistent in comparison to other local rental companies. We found that Showcase had the best looking best priced farm tables, which fit out aesthetic perfectly. We specifically chose Showcase because they came highly recommended by our venue for their quality, set up clean up services, month-of coordinator, Sheena. 10/10 recommend. We were very excited to utilize their month-of coordinating services. To no fault of her own, we didn’t really utilize Sheena’s coordinating help too much the actual month-of (we had pretty much everything ready to go a few months in advance we took care of final communications with vendors ahead of time), so I can’t speak to her level of involvement in that sense. However, Sheena was very responsive to our emails from the time we booked our rentals (9 months in advance) she was very helpful with coordinating the rehearsal, setting up the venue the morning of, helping facilitate the smoothest, most stress-free day possible. She was super prepared during our check-in phone call, and we were confident in her ability to handle anything that came up so that we wouldn’t have to! She even purchased several cases of High Noons for us DURING our reception when we unexpectedly ran out! She was fantastic. Sheena worked with 2 other coordinators that day, Kim Kat. Kat was a HUGE help at the start of the ceremony – she helped hold my dress’s train keep me hidden from the guests during the bridal party processional. She has a very calming presence talked me through each moment leading up to my entrance, pointing out my *now* husband escorting his mom down the aisle, pointing out my dad, reassuring me that all those jitters I was feeling in that moment would soon go away the moment I saw my husband at the end of the aisle. She was so right, it was very special to be able to share those moments with someone as sweet as her.

I can't say enough about this team! Best wedding decision my husband Brett and I made was to hire them on board to be our planners. I am a bit of a control freak and super picky, so at first I was not planning on hiring wedding planners because I wanted full control. One phone call later and I was all in - I realized how much I could benefit from them and make the wedding planning process so fun and enjoyable. We specifically worked with Allie who is amazing. She understood my vision and was SO easy to work with. The type of planners you want to be friends with and are as equally as excited for your wedding as you are! That was important to me. It's impossible not to love this team as they're all so kind, fun, personable, professional and get the job done so seamlessly. A true dream team!!! Allie is very organized, responsive, and gets to the point to get stuff done. She took on so many tasks and responsibilities, and always had an answer or solution to a problem. If we didn’t hear back from a certain vendor or get answers to certain questions in timely manner - she was persistent and got it done. Allie didn't skip a beat, she knew everything about the wedding day and how things were suppose to go - I felt at such ease knowing I had her and her team (and didn't have to rely on parents or wedding party for day of responsibilities) because CityLux truly did it all. I don't know how we could have done it without them. Our wedding day was so magical and went so smoothly. The whole team was running operations the day of - being everywhere at once, communicating with one another through their ear pieces, and going above and beyond for a perfect day to make sure everything was exactly how we wanted. I didn't hear of any mishaps because they handled all the chaos and ensured Brett and I were having the best time and not having to stress about anything. The saddest part of wedding being over has been no longer working with Allie, Sarah, or their team! I want to plan another event just to be able to work with them again (which after a big wedding with lots of planning may sound crazy lol). Trust me, I may not have felt this way prior to having them, but after planning a 200 person wedding, with 10 vendors, and so many details - the most important vendor decision is your planner and I can’t recommend them enough!

How can I even put into words how absolutely incredible Kay and her team are?! My wife and I booked a power planning session with Kay in December 2020, shortly after getting engaged. From just that two hour meeting, we learned more about our budget, priorities, and expectations than we had from years of dreaming of our wedding. Kay was so confident and generous in her knowledge, we clicked immediately and as soon as the call ended, we looked and each other and said: "We HAVE to hire her to plan our wedding." As soon we officially booked with Kay, we jumped into regular meetings, endless email advice, vendor recommendations- the works! She also took over all communication and confirmations the month of our wedding which was an absolute lifesaver. Planning our wedding alongside Kay are memories we will cherish always. She is as kind and easy to work alongside as she is professional and precise. Her attention to detail and dedication to our wedding vision remained steadfast throughout the 15 months of planning. She answered every question, solved every problem, and anticipated every need with what seemed like effortless ease. As for the wedding day, her and her team were invaluable assets. My wife and I did not have to worry about a SINGLE detail all day, because we knew KNE had it all covered. She wore about a million hats that day, from designer to therapist to organizer to dress steamer to I'm sure a million other things we weren't privy to because keeping our energy light and happy was her biggest priority. I could go on forever. My biggest message that I hope is taken away from this review is that wedding planners are not only for the "rich and famous" as the media likes to make it seem. Wedding planners, specifically KNE is an unbelievable investment in your time, happiness, mental load, and more. Hiring KNE was the smartest decision we made and at least twice a week we found ourselves saying, "God, what would we do without Kay?!"
