We hired Two Perfect Events for our December wedding. We had Leo, Natalie and Leah help with our big day and they were great to work with. Leo and Leah really helped with all of the planning prior to the wedding and made sure we met deadlines. They were very responsive and took the hard part out of the planning. If planning a wedding or other event sounds overwhelming (which it is) then you should definitely look into hiring them to help you out! We found them through Yelp and decided to go with them after seeing all of their rave reviews and we sure did not regret it! We really appreciated how when we came up with last minute ideas for our wedding, like booking a Santa, they were quick to say “alright, we will find some options for you!” They sent us a great option that we ended up booking and loving. Truly, they did so much of the research for us so we didn’t have to do everything ourselves. Our wedding was so close to Christmas that we decided to go full blown Christmas wonderland theme. It was so magical and everything had such a warm Christmas vibe. Our wedding got pushed back a couple times due to COVID and family matters, but Two Perfect Events stuck with us and made sure we didn’t put our wedding on the backburner altogether and forget about it. They helped us locate a venue, book vendors, contact vendors, arrange schedules, planned a rehearsal, and most importantly, helped out with the day of the wedding. The day of the wedding help they provided was worth it on its own! It was great how Leo was able to think on the spot and when we noticed guests were leaving slightly early due to the time, he proposed doing a faux exit so guests could participate before leaving and that was awesome! We managed to capture the moment with guests but not keep them all past their bedtimes. Book Two Perfect Events for your wedding!

She patiently helped us understand the logistics and double checked everything to ensured there were no holes in our planning. Thank you!!!! It feels weird that we won't be in touch with Mara every day anymore, haha. We miss her already! The Mooi team helped us find a few additional team members. They recommended a bartender, Kaitlin, who was fantastic, and were able to find additional staff to support with some of our logistics. They also have a rental catalogue, which came in handy for a few last minute items (card box, frames for bar menus, etc.). Everything ran so smoothly on the day of the wedding (at least from our perspective)! We had the most amazing experience with Bailey as our day of coordinator! Bailey met with us multiple times before the wedding to make sure she knew everything we wanted and knew everyone we were working with. She took all of our decor the day before the wedding, and with little to no direction, she made our vision come to life and had everything set up beautifully! During rehearsal, she made sure our wedding party knew exactly what to do, where to stand, and even let us practice our recessional multiple times to make sure we had it right. On the actual wedding day, she was even more amazing! If something went wrong, we had no idea because Bailey handled it with such grace. At one point I realized I forgot my veil at the hotel 30 minutes away, she was quick to react and called the hotel to make sure they could open the room for a guest who was still there. It was literally the wedding of our dreams and we couldn’t be more thankful for all she did to make it everything we wanted and more. I cannot recommend Bailey enough for any special event you have!

We could not have asked for a better team to coordinate our unique wedding ceremony that was a surprise to our guests. After connecting with PU via Thumbtack back in mid-2023, we spoke with Matthew who immediately understood the importance of our vision. Our wedding was held at the New Parkway Theater in Oakland, Ca. It started off as a friends and family screening of a short film (the Bride was the director, the Groom was a crew member). Then, during the post-film Q&A, we revealed to our guests that we were getting married right then and there in the theater. Not only did PU coordinate a film screening complete with red carpet, step & repeat photos, food, drink, DJ and more, but they helped transition into a full wedding ceremony. Meshawn ran point on everything: rehearsal, procession, recession, cake, etc. Stellar team members, Angel and Rakisha, executed everything flawlessly. Angel acted as the special events coordinator, making sure our tech was on point (sound, picture, graphics, everything!) and she even made a reel for us to post on our socials. PU was up for the challenge of our 2-in-1 surprise wedding/film screening, and they rose to that challenge with much aplomb. For what we asked for, they could've up-charged us greatly. PU made us feel heard and seen throughout the process. We wanted our wedding to be a collaboration between BIPOC businesses and creators celebrating what we can achieve when we work together. Thanks to PU for what they promised, perfection.

I first found Raymundo and Michelle on a Facebook wedding group. On a whim, I decided to reach out to them about their photo booth services. Since I first contacted them, they were always very responsive about answering any questions we had. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to meet Michelle on our wedding day, but just from our emails I can tell that she is very sweet and detail-oriented. They took the time to custom design our photo booth template and make sure it was exactly what we wanted, even if it meant multiple revisions for the smallest details. Even though my husband and I didn’t get to interact with them much on the day of our wedding, our guests were very pleased with them! They had so much fun with their photo booth, especially the kids! I highly recommend them and I’m already thinking about the future life events we have ahead of us and how we can incorporate a photo booth so we can work them again!

If you’re undecided about hiring a wedding planner, DO IT. If you don’t know if you need one, that means YOU DO. Furthermore, I highly recommend you book Christina with Ingobgo events. I met her at the Los Angeles Wedding Expo on Sept 24th, 2023. She was the only planner I spoke to at the expo that really took time to explain what a wedding process is like. I know that might sound silly but I felt pretty clueless and the extra energy she gave was very appreciated. At these expos there are hundreds of people filtering through and I felt like she was really passionate about her craft. In less than 2 weeks my then fiancé and I met with her in person and happily signed our contract with 134 days until it was time to say “I do.” Reasons why I loved working with her on my wedding: - She made decisions when I didn’t want to. I never grew up envisioning a wedding so I was pretty clueless for well, most things. I didn’t have a vision for flowers for instance. She crafted a proposal for my flower vision based on elements like favorite color, bridesmaid dresses etc. She literally would put things together and “say tell me if you love it, hate it, or any other feelings you have.” This helped me feel more comfortable to be authentic and honest along the wedding journey. - She negotiated rates for things I wouldn’t have fathomed as negotiable - She gave honest feedback to vendors and had tough conversations I didn’t have the energy for - She joined planning calls we had with our vendors (videographer/DJ) and managed vendor calls that weren’t necessary for us to be on (flowers, furniture) - She met with us in person more times than we anticipated which was great given that we were planning a wedding in 4 months. Meeting in person often isn’t necessary but when you’re moving quickly in a short period of time sometimes the humanizing measures really make the biggest difference like they did here. - She kept us on track with budget and payments. - She uses an app for organizing, designing and tracking your wedding. If you love google docs then you’ll love this process. I’m more of an excel gal and don’t use apps too often but I definitely appreciated the organization of the this! - She has a day of assistant Katie who was funny, and extremely helpful to all members of the wedding party. By the end of the 4 months my partner and I would commonly refer to Christina as our “wedding mom.” I feel sad that the wedding journey has come to an end but I am so happy with how everything transpired. My husband and I had an amazing time, and thanks to Christina we felt our evening was flawless (even though I forgot to bring my husbands bow tie so she had her assistant go get us one at the last hour!) I could keep going but I know this kudos is super long already. My final comment is that no one should have to go thru this process without a “wedding mom.” We will forever be grateful to Christina and all the support and TLC she gave us for our special day.

Claire will make sure that your wedding day proceeds seamlessly, no matter the weather and regardless of the upredictable challenges that inevitably arise. We initially interviewed Claire because of her excellent reviews from diverse couples across multiple wedding platforms. It quickly became clear that she had earned these positive reviews, and we were pleased to bring her onto our vendor team. Indeed, hiring Clarie was one of our best wedding decisions. She is responsive, organized, and personable. To that end, she quickly connected with a team of vendors, most of whom she had not worked with before, and responded to our emails in 36 hours, no matter the day of the week. Also, her vendor recommendations were very strong (our photographer and DJ were next level). In the days leading up to the wedding, Claire took over all of the logistics, and handled pretty much every communication with the venue and our various vendors--we barely had to do a thing. More importantly, once the big weekend had actually arrived, everything was easy. It rained much of our wedding day, but Claire helped us adjust our schedule on the fly to take advantage of the good weather for pictures. We even had somebody come to the wedding who we did not invite--and we did not hear a thing about it until after the ceremony, when the guest introduced herself to us. Claire had adjusted the seating and escorted the guest to the appropriate table. In sum, planning a wedding is an endeavor and we feel lucky we had Claire to make it the best party it could be.

Where to even begin! Taylor made our special day everything we wanted and more! From start to finish, Taylor and her team were professional and so respectful of our wishes. Taylor was easy to communicate with, and had regularly scheduled meetings with us to make sure we were on track for the perfect day! Taylor provided us with checklists and to do lists, and was so organized! Taylor catered to every single detail we wanted, while keeping our budget in mind. Being an out of town bride, Taylor accommodated our needs, FaceTimed us doing a venue tour, and always kept us updated on our vendors and contacts, and what the next steps would be. Day of, we woke up to rain pouring in Vegas, but that didn’t stop Taylor and her team for executing the perfect day…we insisted on getting married outside, we pushed our start date back to hopefully not get rained on. Thankfully, the rain stopped for 30 min just the right amount of time to get married. Taylor made sure guests had dry seats to sit on and cocktails in hand. Taylor made sure we were taken care of (food and drinks) during our pictures. Moving into the reception, Taylor made sure we were well fed, and always had a drink in hand, along with our head table. She guided us into our grand entrance, and all of our scheduled songs. Our big day was perfect and flawless in every single way. If there was any sort of issue or problem, we certainly didn’t know about it, because Taylor handled it all, and without us knowing or fretting about it. She brought a lot of calmness to us, on one of the biggest days of our lives. The best thing we did for our wedding was hire Taylor. She made us feel more than just a client or number. We walked away being friends! Cannot recommend TayCheney events enough!!

Where to even begin!!! Tatiana was incredible all around. Before we started working with Tatiana, I was super overwhelmed by the huge process of planning a wedding, but from the moment we started planning together, I was so impressed by how she hit the ground running and immediately took stress off of my shoulders and handled things. She is super knowledgeable, and always answered every single question I had (and I had TONS). She guided me every single step of the way, and not only that, but at all times she represented my interests and always stood up for us. I am an anxious person and have a hard time trusting, but whenever Tatiana would tell me "I don't want you to worry about that" I knew I could trust her and she would handle things. Design wise, she took our vision and executed it better than we could have ever imagined. I will never forget the moment I stepped out onto our reception space and saw it for the first time - I am not exaggerating when I say it took my breath away. All of Tatiana's efforts throughout our year of full planning culminated in our wedding day. It was logistically intense because we had tons of vendors to coordinate, but it turned out beautifully! To say it was MAGICAL and more than we could have hoped for is understatement. I didn't have to worry about a single thing as I knew that Tatiana and her team had it all under control. Throughout the entire day I saw her hustling nonstop to ensure that our day was beautiful. We keep hearing from our guests how impressed they were at how well everything was organized and that our wedding was one of the best they've ever been to. Everyone had an absolute blast and the vibes were incredible! I honestly cannot thank her enough for everything she did for us and for making sure our day was everything we hoped for and more. Tatiana truly became our wedding planning BFF. So much so that I am actually missing the wedding planning process and am having wedding planning withdrawals! All to say, I cannot recommend Tatiana and her team enough. Her and her team are total pros and the absolute best at what they do!! She will do everything she can and more to make sure that you have the wedding of your dreams.

April could change her title to 'wedding-saver' and it would be just as accurate. The night before our wedding, we learned that the venue had removed one of our tables and we had to redo our seating chart - April sprang into gear, helping us to get a new print-out of seating arrangements as well as verifying their accuracy the morning of the big day. She ensured all of our vendors were on time, kept me from having to deal with day-of difficulties (last-minute cancellations, timing issues, overzealous family members, etc.), and helped us clean up at the end of the night. We would have been lost without her!

Courtney was outstanding! From our very first meeting, even before we decided to book her, she was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. Once we did decide to move forward with her, she was an incredible resource. She recommended the majority of our vendors (who were all phenomenal in their own way), assisted with keeping tabs on our venue, and went above and beyond in supporting us through the myriad of details in planning our wedding. It's not exaggerating to say that we would have lost our minds without her keeping us on target. Although Courtney was already booked for another wedding on the day of, she was always available and ready to answer any questions that came up. We always felt fully supported, no matter how many weddings she was planning! On the day, we had Hillary, Courtney's second-in-command, there to run the show. She could not have been more amazing! If there were any hiccups, she handled them without our knowledge, and she made sure everything ran smoothly all day. We are so, so, so grateful to Crown Coordination for helping us create and execute the wedding of our dreams. The only downside now that our wedding is over is that we don't get to spend time with such incredible people!

Shaymah was extremely organized with a very chaotic wedding - chaos due to family drama, etc. While the chaos was stressful, Shaymah was very detailed and thorough with all of the wedding planning, including designing florals and signs completely on her own (great designer too!), and including last minute issues with guest count, etc. She's very sweet, kind and helpful and great to work with! I would recommend her for any type of wedding event. She was also very professional through all of the chaos and made sure that the event went well!
