Blenheim Hill Farm is a heavenly wedding destination in the Catskills mountains. We grow the food and cook it for you in ​our ​own kitchen. You don't have to worry about outside catering, rentals, or even a planner. Our in-house team—at the farm and at our NYC restaurant—help you every step of the way, and everything is included. Our historic farmhouse ​onsite ​is a gorgeously appointed sanctuary for you and your family, and sleeps up to 20 guests. Westwind Orchard is a BioIntensive Orchard and Farm. Our unfiltered and sulfite free cider is pressed onsite. We raise our own chickens. Our honey comes from our bees. We bake our own bread and make fresh mozzarella. Berries, vegetables and herbs are fresh from our garden. Our team will help you curate the perfect menu that highlights our farm-to-table Roman-style cuisine. Each season we host a select number of private events ranging from work retreats, to luncheons, to rehearsal dinners & weddings. Each event is curated by our management team, our events coordinator, and executive chef. We offer traditional Roman-style cuisine inspired by the seasons in a casual family-style format. Bar packages include our natural hard ciders along with New York State wine, beer, and spirits, as well as custom cocktails.

Ensure that your next party or work event is a great success by hiring The Captain’s Table to prepare the food! We offer both in-house private dining and off-site catering available. We have dozens of dishes for you to choose from with ½ trays and full trays available. Depending on the nature of your event, different types of foods may be more appropriate than others. Certain trays will be ideal for a buffet-style feast while others are intended to be enjoyed as hors devours with drinks for a casual affair.

Stissing House is one of the oldest taverns in America, located at the crossroads of the village of Pine Plains in the heart of Dutchess County. Upstairs, the oldest Dutch Colonial ballroom in America is designed for long-table dinners and weddings of 25-150 people. Gather your friends and family for pitchers of shandy and wood fired eggs the day before or morning after your party. Chef/Proprietor Clare de Boer cooks food that is generous and has a sense of place. Ingredients come from surrounding farms and are prepared simply on the tavern’s mammoth hearth.
