With a capacity of 198 people indoors, we have our Outdoor Patio area as well as an Outdoor Ceremony Space in front of our Owners Great-Grandfathers Barn. We offer a Handcrafted Bar room, full Bridal and Groom suites, Indoor Chapel Area, Indoor Reception Area, and a Warming Kitchen with Ice Machine, and Personalized Alcohol Packages. We also have Handicap Accessible Restrooms as well as a Full Shower Room. All Wedding Packages include Tables, Chairs, 14 Church Pews, Decorative Whiskey Barrels, Linens, access to our Full Warming Kitchen, Bar Space, Ice Machine, Shower, and a Staff on Premises. We do have smaller rooms for getting dressed outside of the main event space. We offer catering, décor, planning and coordination, bar services, photography, DJ and more. Located on 40 acres of scenic land in Jefferson County, Florida. The Oaks consists of a Main house as well as a Guest House. The spacious Main House is 10,000 square feet and has 9 bedrooms / 8 1/2 bathrooms, along with a banquet facility that seats up to 100 people! And if that isn't enough space, the Guest House is an additional 4 bedrooms/ 3 1/2 bathrooms totaling 2,500 square feet. Both properties have wooden verandas located on the exterior of each building, with large and open backyard lawns.

For Ceremony we have an option of the white sandy beach or our beautiful lawn thtat overlooks the gulf. Once cereomony is over you come up to the 4th flooor with floor to ceiling windows that overlook the gulf. With weather permitting then cocktail hour can take place on the terrace that is connected to the space.

The Chapel of 30A is a church wedding venue located in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. This private property is ready to host a variety of ceremonies. The venue staff will customize a package for the couple of honors.
