The Hills of Luella is a great venue. It is gorgeous, located on loads of natural Texas beauty, and has a wonderful team managing the space. As a professional photographer I love visiting The Hills of Luella. Loads of natural light and gorgeous locations for unique images. I can't recommend this venue enough!

The Kemp (1300 Lamar Street) was built in 1917 at the request of Flora Kemp who, when asked by her husband Joseph what she would like for her birthday, suggested a public library. The library opened its doors in 1918 with a donation of 4000 books provided by the community. In 1998, the City of Wichita Falls leased the then-defunct historic building to the Arts Council, which began an extensive renovation project to restore the building. The result was The Kemp Center for the Arts, which opened it’s doors in 2002.

We have 40 beautiful acres of land set aside for you to share your most important day with your loving family and friends. We want to create a magical experience for you. The Gardenia has space in our reception hall for 300 guests for your weddings, formal or casual functions, as well as a variety of locations on the property for special events. Our 20-foot gallery windows, patios, and air conditioned chapel views are an idyllic setting and the perfect back drop for your event.

The Gardenia Venue was the best! Hunter was super helpful with any questions that came up and was very easy to work with. The venue was so beautiful that I didn't feel like I needed a ton of decor to fill it. The downside was that it is fairly far from major cities, but we had people stay in Denton, and they were able to get transportation easily!

The new renovations to the bridal and groom suites are stellar! Not only are they practical, but they have plenty of room to have fun on your big day. There are both indoor and outdoor options that allow you to make your event your very own with a picture perfect background. This beautiful venue is only made better by the wonderful people that work here. Not only are they very kind, but they go above and beyond to be helpful in any way possible. Last but not least the food offered by their catering staff is mouthwateringly delicious! We highly recommend Meditations for all your venue and catering needs.
