The BRIX on the Fox represents two venues. The flagship Two-Sixty, provides ample room for 75-320 guests and the Industria, for 50-200 guests. Both venues overlook the graceful Fox River. Both "The Two-Sixty" and "The Industria" are separate event venues. Each venue is divided into your main reception and bar area, prep kitchen, bridal suite, restrooms and coat check. Its 19th century restored architecture provides a beautiful backdrop for any style of wedding decor, and its completely open floor plan allows you to create your own layout, seating arrangements, and space that tailors to your wedding precisely. Some let the brick walls and custom reclaimed wood tables speak for themselves, while others choose more elaborate approaches. The décor and layout style is up to you! The Renwick Mansion is one of Davenport's most amazing historic locations. The beauty, elegance and history of the mansion are truly one of a kind. This Italian Revival Villa features a large indoor event space, bar, 4 balconies, a pa bridal suite, 8 bedrooms and a large lawn to accommodate events with up to 300 guests. The Wagner House, located in the historic Wagner Print Building, is a three-story industrial warehouse in downtown Freeport, Illinois. The building was built in 1903 and was one of the first buildings that had electricity in Freeport. Established in 1853 and incorporated on March 9, 1912, the Wagner Building was home to the German-born Wagner Family who, like Freeport, has a long and interesting history. The Wagner House also served as an industrial manufacturing spot for textiles and fashion. For four generations, the business did not change hands, and the present Wagner company pledged to continue their record of quality printing and letterpress and are still in business today. In 2013, The Wagner building was sold to Bill Green to redevelop and re-imagine it, creating a wine bar, business incubator, and beautiful event space.

The Estate boasts an exquisite Mansion, built in 1873, and a newly renovated Ballroom. The Mansion's vintage charm is the perfect location for intimate celebrations, while the spaciousness of the Ballroom can accommodate events of up to 250 guests. A three-story Victorian Mansion built in 1915 and once the home to Emerson Keith, founder of Keith Country Day School. The two available stories include two large studio spaces, galley kitchen, sun porch, and professional office, with options to add on massage suite, esthetics suite, and hair salon. The building's integrity has remained intact, simply allowing for updated paint and decoration. An incredibly versatile space for intimate events, bridal suite, showers, rehearsal dinners, photography, media stages, video, and meetings.

Grace Lutheran Church was organized on February 2, 1888, with 18 charter members. It was notable for being the first “English” church, with services in English rather than Swedish, in the Augustana Synod. Connections to Augustana College were strong, and services were held at Augustana’s chapel in the early years of the church.

We are a former Masonic Temple built in 1906 that has been updated in a fun and modern way while still keeping all the history and character of the original building. Monte Bello's enchanting 55 acre estate is the perfect backdrop for your unforgettable ceremony and wedding reception. Our extraordinary venue features breathtaking grounds with unlimited backdrops for the most memorable pictures. All our weddings and events are allowed exclusive use of the estate grounds, mansion, and custom tent during your event time. We have an elegant Bridal Suite, a place to display your wedding dress. We also have the perfect Grooms Suite that is a man cave like no other with a poker table, craps table, foosball table, pool table, and guitar and sports memorabilia.

The Haight is a wedding and event venue located in Elgin, IL and is enveloped by a historic neighborhood, for a romantic and storied setting for your wedding. This converted warehouse was originally constructed in the 1890s. It began as the Elgin Storage & Transfer Company. Over the years numerous companies used the building until 1985 when it was bought by John Haight, who refurbished the building. The Haight features two floors and a rooftop area. Exposed ductwork is accented by brick walls and hardwood flooring. There are multiple spaces for hosting your ceremony, reception, and a number of other wedding-related gatherings. On the first floor, there is room for up to 175 guests standing. This makes the 2,000-square-foot space ideal for the cocktail reception. The second floor features 7,000-square-feet of space. 300 people seated or 250 people seated with a dance floor can fit in this event area. You can also take your celebrations outside on the spacious rooftop deck.

BrighterDaze Farm is a family owned and operated working horse farm. Originally purposed as a breeding facility for Rocky Mountain Horses, BrighterDaze Farm has been the birthplace and home to dozens of horses. Now BrighterDaze Farm serves as a boarding stable to many horses and a beautiful setting for weddings, anniversaries and more.

Welcome to 223 Main! Located in the Heart of Downtown Lemont’s historical district, just three doors down from the Metra Station, 223 Main boasts a storied origin. Initially built in the 1900s as a double storefront, it transformed throughout the century into a department store, political office, coffee shop, and now an event space. 223 Main is owned and operated by a local Lemont couple, Hector and Lauren Tamayo. Hector grew up in Lemont and always loved the downtown area. At the beginning of 2020, the coffee shop leasing the space decided to close down. While brainstorming what the building could be next, the Covid-19 Pandemic hit. Lauren and Hector decided to cancel their destination wedding and remodel 223 Main. After having their intimate wedding at the building, they decided to officially launch 223 Main and open the space up to the community to enjoy.

The Ellwood House Museum is an historic estate that offers three unique rental spaces on ten acres of gardens and grounds. These include the first floor and terraces of elegant Ellcourt, an historic Tudar Revival house built in 1899. It is available from March through mid-November and is our only venue where alcohol service is permissible. Ellcourt has an hourly rate of $350. The grounds also offer a choice of three garden spaces for wedding ceremonies. Garden rentals are available mid-May to mid-October and include an inclement weather backup location in the Hearthside Room of the Visitor Center. The rental rate is a flat fee of $500. The third venue is our more casual space, the Hearthside Room, which includes access to the galleries. It is available March through mid-November, and the rental rate is $75 per hour. All venues are limited to 80 people, and both indoor venues have full kitchens.
