Constructed in 1932, this vintage barn oversees 12+ acres of native grasslands – a rich habitat for wildflowers, birds and butterflies – and a historic farmhouse built in the 1750s by a second-generation Quaker farmer. The property is also home to Pinelands Preservation Alliance, whose mission is to protect the natural resources, history and culture of this unique region. In 2017, the Alliance transformed the barn into a great gathering place. The recently completed renovation brings contemporary comfort and energy efficiency to a setting that still retains its authentic character. There is a lot of the old design along with new to enhance the personality of the space which is 2,200 square feet, not including the backyard. From bar to the outdoors you have plenty of space to play with it as you please. Medusa Art Studios was created by an artist knowing the comfort needed to host a proper event. The Foundry is a 19th century building that has been meticulously restored to showcase its industrial character and stunning proportions. Adaptable for many uses and available to rent for weddings, corporate events, launch parties, bar and bat mitzvahs, film, video and photo shoots. The Foundry interior boasts 3,000+ square feet of raw space with a lush outdoor courtyard, rooftop terrace with views of the Manhattan skyline, indoor greenhouse and fully equipped industrial kitchen.

This historic estate sits on a secluded the 23 acre East Lake. The mansion can sleep up to 14 guests overnight. Minimum night stay is 2 nights unless the wedding guest list is under 35. We can accommodate up to 50 guests in the mansion for small indoor weddings. Tents and rentals and catering are by our selected vendors and we can assist with all of your wedding needs from music to flowers to makeup artists and hairstylists.
