Welcome to historic Board Landing Farm! Belfast is in stunning coastal Maine, an adorable, artsy town on Penobscot Bay. Just 2.5 miles from the heart of downtown’s shops, restaurants, breweries, and music venues. Board Landing Farm is available for weddings, elopements, and photo shoots. The property offers an indoor, modern loft for getting ready, and two ceremony lawns and cocktail areas to choose from depending on if you want to be on the water or overlooking the water. Unique to the property there is a natural waterfall, enormous glacial rock, miniature donkey(s), and boat dock access for a nautical arrival or departure. Dozens of acres of rolling open fields are balanced by the surrounding privacy of lush, tall trees. Unexpected Farm in Wales, just minutes from 95 and Lewiston/Auburn, is picturesque working horse farm that is the perfect backdrop for your wedding ceremony. The stunning sunsets and beautifully wooded grounds offer an intimate rustic charm fit for a New England summer or fall wedding. Unexpected Farm is located in central Maine just minutes from 95 and Lewiston/Auburn and is located between Maine’s beautiful ocean coast and rugged mountains. Popular destinations like Popham Beach, Camden, and Bar Harbor are all within a 1-3 hour drive.

The Barn was originally built in the year 1830 in Oxford, Maine, and used to be a dairy farm and apple orchard owned by the Pratt family. In 2015, it was transformed into an idyllic wedding & special event venue. The 1830 Wedding Barn is a classic, New England gem set back off of Route 26, surrounded by Maine farmland. Inside of the barn you will see impressive hand hewn beams, original wooden floors and walls, and repurposed original antiques like the hanging apple orchard ladders, hay-claw chandelier, and the Hebron Academy milk cooler. The barn’s historic quality creates a unique experience for guests to celebrate any event. Outside of the barn you will see rolling hills, fields stretching to the edge of the woods, trees from the original apple orchard (which we still bake pies from!), and sunsets fading to the western side of the property. Guests are welcome to enjoy and explore the outside areas of the existing apple orchard and surrounding grounds.

Established in 1750 as an English land grant in the picturesque White Mountains of Maine (then the “Massachusetts Bay Colony”), Hardy Farm remained in the same family for ten generations prior to being purchased by Greg and Deborah Link in 2001. After a The Links transformed Hardy Farm into a very special and unique “rustic elegant” venue for weddings and events offering an authentically historic feel, with a distinctly unique ambiance of contemporary yet rustic elegance featuring all of today's modern amenities. Hardy Farm accommodates up to 32 people overnight and the property encompasses 13 acres with beautiful gardens and stone patios, fire pit, the farmhouse, barn, lodge, woodland chapel, and their own 103’ sailcloth tent. Guests at Hardy Farm enjoy the beautiful rural New England setting with convenient proximity to North Conway, NH, and the Mt. Washington Valley, offering a myriad of year-round outdoor activities.

Located in the western mountains and farmlands of Maine, the Barton Family Farm is a family run venue that has a little something for everyone! At the BFF you receive Friday-Sunday use of our estate which includes our wedding barn (seats 106), farmhouse, parking, apple orchard, 8 acre hayfield with mountain views, pond, firepit, covered bar, chairs, decorative tables, lawn games, flower gardens, and much more! Our farmhouse sleeps 10 and is at an extra cost per night if you wish to stay. Our partner, Strange Events will be your day of coordinator, and is included in the price of the venue.
