Although the primary focus is on the meats, the sides also play a very important role in the experience. The Mobile Scoop Shop serves up hand-scooped frozen goodness from an attractive visual display cart, our Tuxedo ("Tux") service van, or our re-purposed 1981 fire rescue truck ("Que).
