We are a non-profit that works to support our local Veterans and Service Members. Tracy and her team graciously worked with us to provide centerpieces and statement pieces for our annual Holiday Gala fundraiser. The centerpieces were more popular than any of our raffles or auction items, several people have already asked if we will be having them again! We can't wait to see what she comes up with next year! We can't recommend Midsummer Flowers for any event!

Jeri Solomon Floral Design

5.0

Stoneham, MA
  • Starts at $6,500

Jeri Solomon Floral Design is a studio floral company specializing in weddings. We create floral decor that is classic and timeless which your guests will rave about and you will love for years to come.

Awarded Best of Zola
Jeri's genuine talent is obvious (just look at all her beautiful photos!) but it's her creativity, her industry knowledge, and her calming demeanor that make her even more spectacular! In fact, here are two examples where those traits positively impacted my wedding day... 1. My husband and I chose a very unique venue for our wedding reception (and old church in Portland, Maine). In talking to Jeri about the design for our wedding she came up with an incredible idea... instead of clear glass containers for our centerpieces she suggested we use colored glass containers to play off of the stained-glass windows within the church. Not only did Jeri come up with this brilliant idea but she found the PERFECT deep blue containers that matched the overall color scheme for the wedding. The containers looked stunning with all of Jeri flowers and were a detail we received MANY compliments on! 2. The second example that I am going to share actually comes from my husband. While recapping the day he said something to me that I thought was pretty great. He said that while Jeri was assisting him and his groomsmen with their boutonnieres that she reminded him to stay in the moment because the day was going to fly by. He said that Jeri's words were just what he needed to hear and he shared how thankful he was for her reminder because it really helped him appreciate each part of the day. In conclusion, I knew the moment I got engaged that I would ask Jeri to do my flowers and it was easily one of the best decisions that I made! So, it's easy to say that I would highly recommend Jeri Solomon Floral for your big day!

Copper Penny was the absolute best choice as our wedding vendor and it shows!!! What I loved about working with this team was that it was so collaborative. The team works closely with you to understand what you like, what you don't like, and offer their expertise on what's in season and what it will take to get to your desired vision. Althea Floral Design

      5.0

      Cambridge, MA
      • Starts at $4,000

You: You aren’t interested in traditional, round, monochrome designs and want wedding flowers that are as unique as you are. Us: We bring bold color, whimsical vibes, and avant-garde designs to Nearlyweds that want something different. Althea Floral Design is led by Zoe Kane, a passionate designer who loves to create unique and vibrant arrangements that reflect your individual style and personality. With a focus on bold and bright colors, we aim to bring your wedding to life with unforgettable floral designs that leave a lasting impression.

      Awarded Best of Zola
From start to finish, we had a top-notch experience working with Althea Floral Design. I love that Zoe uses sustainable practices (e.g., no foam) and sources flowers locally whenever possible—she even worked in some favorite flowers grown by a family friend, which made our wedding florals even more meaningful. Zoe quickly picked up on the vision I had in mind and brought her own creative eye, creating an arch, bridal bouquet, and personal florals that perfectly matched our personalities and wedding venue. We chose not to have traditional bridesmaids/groomsmen, but each wanted our families to have a role in the big day—Zoe's tasteful boutonnières and wrist corsages were such a nice way to tie the group together visually. We just got our photo preview and the florals add so much to the look and feel of our ceremony. Zoe is also a great communicator and was easy to work with from early planning through seamless delivery & onsite set-up. Highly recommend Althea Floral Design for weddings and events!

      Bluebird Bouquets

      5.0

      Somerville, MA

My passion for floristry began at a young age alongside the caring guidance of my grandmother. To me, flowers tell a story of family, about who we are and where we come from. Today, Bluebird Bouquets shares these meaningful moments with others through thoughtfully crafted floral pieces for life's special moments.

It’s challenging to put into words how much we loved all our wedding flowers and how well they captured our personalities and suited the settings we chose for our ceremony and reception. We’ve been fans of Haley’s work via the Boston Women’s Market for several years now because of her unique and vibrant arrangements that blend classic style with innovative combinations and silhouettes, and she was the first person we thought of for floral arrangements when we started to plan our wedding. Working with Haley is such a delight! She was very patient with us since we don’t know much about flowers ourselves, and was able to create truly stunning arrangements given our chosen colors and themes. We also thought it was really special how she was able to make arrangements for each of our wedding party members that would suit them; we both had all-gender wedding parties and Haley was able to provide boutonnières, bouquets, and cuffs for party members depending on their roles and preferences. As the bride and groom, our favorite parts were the two large arraignments that framed our ceremony and added a lot of personality and definition to our wedding photos. Haley even delivered our flowers to the ceremony and reception venues on the day of our wedding. We didn’t have to worry about a thing! We would highly recommend her for any event.
