I am so beyond happy with our wedding at 10 South. From the very beginning, everyone was so kind and welcoming. Staff was just as excited as I was to get married. Communication was spot on and questions we had were always answered in a timely manner. On the big day, everything went SO smoothly. I have to shout out Megan W. She was the BEST! She gave us a stress free and perfect wedding day. I couldn’t have been more happy. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful and doesn’t really need much decorating. 10 South is the perfect place to get married.!!

Ludlow Mansion Events

5.0

Monroe, WI
  • Up to 350 guests
  • Limited services
  • Indoor & outdoor

The Ludlow Mansion is steeped in history from the early beginning as a homestead of a 3,000 acre farm and a stop on the underground railroad, to today as a preeminent regional gathering place for great events. Five suites are available for overnight accommodations and access for photos and videos can be obtained in this historic homestead. The Mansion's grounds invite guests to enjoy friends and family under the shadow of its four two-story columned porch or its great white pergola. The Saddle Room bar offers both a comfortable lounge around its famous sunken bar or a patio chair to watch the sunset over the Mansion grounds. Extensive indoor spaces include a cavernous Carriage Hall which allows for a fabulous ceremony space with three giant chandeliers and can be converted dance central with party lights for the perfect late night experience. Lastly, the great Parlor Hall provides a perfect space to dine and celebrate with its many large windows with country views.

We had our wedding at Ludlow Mansion in Monroe WI and it was fantastic. Penny and Greg are great and easy to work with throughout the entire process. Our guests continued to comment throughout the night how the venue was beautiful. Our wedding was in April and they were so accommodating to moving the ceremony to be inside instead of outside the morning of the wedding. I highly recommend going with the three day package as it made everything less stressful. I cannot say enough how happy we were to have our wedding at Ludlow and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for that all in one place for their weddings!

Halverson House

Waterford, WI

  • Starts at $4,500

Halverson House is more than just a ‘day of’ wedding venue. Instead it is a way of life that caters to families as they come together to celebrate what being a family, new or old, truly means. We believe in “comfortable elegance” which isn’t simply a tagline, but instead a standard throughout all that we offer. Comfort to us means a stress free experience for you and your guests from planning, to the day of your wedding and even afterwards. Situated on a private 120 acre site, Halverson House combines historical charm with the comfort of today’s modern amenities. The formal gardens and picturesque pond complement the still farmed agricultural land, wooded areas while the 1910 Victorian Mansion radiates luxury in exquisite details and full bridal suite. The granary, turned groom's quarters is complete with game tables, and lounge area while our fully restored 1860's post beam construction barn pairs historic detail with your most desired comfortable conveniences and elegant finishes.

Wow, where do I even begin. When my husband and I stumbled across Halverson House and set up a tour, the instant we pulled in the drive we were blown away by the beauty and overall comfort of what this place has to offer. I remember stepping out of the car and instantly getting goosebumps stunned by all the beautiful scenery. Joi, Mike & their amazing family & staff made us feel like part of the family right away. They made sure every single detail of our wedding was perfect, and we cannot thank them enough because our day was nothing less than that. The entire day was completely stress-free! They truly care about you, and their passion for bringing families together is just so amazing. They have created an absolute gorgeous venue and have worked so hard for this. We seriously cannot thank you all enough, for all your hard work and love. If you are looking for a place to get married, THIS IS THE PLACE! The Wagner House

5.0

Freeport, IL
  • Up to 250 guests
  • All-inclusive
  • Indoor
  • Starts at $1,500

The Wagner House, located in the historic Wagner Print Building, is a three-story industrial warehouse in downtown Freeport, Illinois. The building was built in 1903 and was one of the first buildings that had electricity in Freeport. Established in 1853 and incorporated on March 9, 1912, the Wagner Building was home to the German-born Wagner Family who, like Freeport, has a long and interesting history. The Wagner House also served as an industrial manufacturing spot for textiles and fashion. For four generations, the business did not change hands, and the present Wagner company pledged to continue their record of quality printing and letterpress and are still in business today. In 2013, The Wagner building was sold to Bill Green to redevelop and re-imagine it, creating a wine bar, business incubator, and beautiful event space.

We got married at the Wagner House in September of 2021. We had a short window, only 3 months to plan, but everything went off without a hitch. The best part was their accommodation of live music instead of a dj. The venue has house sound and lights so that saved us a ton of money. We had six musicians throughout the night and a full band. It was a blast!
