Lily Bean Bakery started as a curious venture into Macaron making. After a devastating first time failure, I grew obsessed with getting it right. This turned into a vast passion of making beautiful, tasty Macarons of all flavors and colors. One of my absolute favorite joys in life is sharing my passions with others and providing a beautiful, unique dessert to wow your family and friends.

Coming from an Italian family, I inherited the baking genes. I started making cheesecakes 15 years ago. It started out as a challenge to see if I could do it, and once I mastered that, I decided to expand into different flavors. I brought cheesecakes to family functions and my mom would always say that they were "too rich" or "too much". I changed to making them into bars so she could have a smaller piece and it wouldn't be too much. Once I found mini cheesecake pans, my life was made! After being encouraged by my friends and family to start my own business, I took the leap and did it. 6 years later, I am still enjoying it.

We have appeared on Kare 11, WCCO, CBS, The Jason Show, The Emmy Awards and on Food Network’s Roker on the Road in addition to receiving several local awards including Best in Minnesota, Outstanding Community Partner and Historic Icon. Even the White House invited us to visit!
