Nailah Browne, a native of St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands, first became interested in baking from her grandmother, who had a side business. Browne later completed the bakery program at Manatee Technical College. Browne and Selene Martinez met and became friends at IMG Academy, where Browne was the head baker and that's how StackD Cake Studio was born. At Stack’d Cake Studio, the customer directs how they want their cake built, from cake and size, to flavor of buttercream, filling and toppings.

Elevenses Co is a project as imagined by barista and baker Jade Yelvington. While she's always enjoyed and greatly appreciated sweets, her love of baking took a little longer to manifest, but once it did there was no turning back.
