The Carmichael House, a wedding venue situated in Jackson, Georgia, carries within its walls a rich and full history. This historic mansion dates back to the year 1898. Today, this venue, which is proudly listed on the National Register of Historic Places, has been renovated and restored to provide couples with a vintage and elegant site for their bridal shower, engagement party, rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception. On your wedding day, The Carmichael House provides you with both indoor and outdoor spaces for you to choose from. The interior, though it has been renovated, still reflects the original Queen Anne Victorian style. The main home is quite spacious and the perfect setting to get ready for your wedding day. The Event Hall is perfect for larger size weddings. In this space, you and your guests will be also able to relax as you enjoy the fireplace, loft, and bar. Couples and guests will also have access to the outdoor gazebo, veranda, and garden areas.

Our venue features amenities found nowhere else including the pre-civil war grist mill, open air pavilion overlooking the creek side ceremony area, a large cottage house dedicated to our couples to get ready in. The wedding venue boasts breathtaking manicured lake-side gardens, expansive lawns, English-style formal gardens, woodland garden trails, as well as a beautiful Tuscan-inspired reception hall. The indoor venue welcomes guests under a vine-covered trellis and features ample windows, and stunning chandeliers. As a facility rental, we provide tables and folding chairs inside, as well as complimentary parking. All outdoor furniture will need to be rented. Catering would be provided through one of our amazing catering companies we partner with and can average $120 to $200 per guest. Beverage service and bartenders are additional and are provided by the History Center. It is about $65 per person for a 4-hour premium full bar. We have a full property minimum on Saturdays of a peak month: April, May, June, September, and October. The facility rental fee for the Swan Gardens, Atlanta History Museum, and Grand Overlook ballroom on a Saturday is $12,500 and we have an additional $5,500 beverage minimum. Fridays and Sundays are $10,000 with a $2,500 beverage minimum. Most of our weddings can expect to spend between $400 to $1,000 per guest after all vendors and costs are added up and divided out per guest.

1910. That’s when this studio was built. That’s more than 100 years ago. Before the Titanic. Before World War I. Of course, when they built it they didn’t know it was a studio. They thought they’d built a factory for transforming raw cotton into fire-retardant fabrics. And they did just that for about 84 years. Next came a few years of hand-wringing and a few more of neglect and abandonment. In 2007, they finally turned it over to Jason Ivany. He set it back on track and transformed it into the daylight studio it was always meant to be just before the 100 year mark.

The Dogwood barn is situated on a 600 acre ranch. The Corry House is named after the Corry family that settled the land in the late 1700's. That same family built the house in 1869, and continues to own the land to this day, ten generations later. After meeting and marrying in Greenville in 1989, Drs. Bo and Ruby Cheves moved to Bo's family farm in Union Point, Georgia. Here, they began the work of remodeling the 150-year-old farmhouse and surrounding grounds. As their two kids grew older, Bo and Ruby decided to build a new house overlooking the Ogeechee River further back on the property in 2007. With the help of Erin and Stanton Porter, The Corry House held its first wedding in 2010. At that time, we didn't have our reception barn or the meadow and forest wedding sites. Folks got married in the garden or in front of the farmhouse. After a few years of weddings, Bo and Ruby decided to run with it and built our temperature-controlled barn in 2014.

We are a new venue in Warm Springs, Georgia. We have two options for weddings- a fully enclosed chapel or outside in front of our beautiful arbor. We also have a covered porch for the reception. We have a separate bridal suite with 5 vanity stations, a groom's room, restrooms, and a kitchen. The Venue includes an enclosed 2,200-square-foot chapel, men's and women's restrooms, a prep kitchen, and a groom’s suite. Attached to the event space is a covered 2,400 square-foot porch. There is also a separate 800-square-foot bridal suite. The venue can accommodate 150 total guests. Weddings can be held at the outdoor ceremony site or in the fully enclosed chapel.

Three Birches event venue is a beautiful location sitting on 6 acres of land. We have farm animals and gorgeous outdoor views. When you book Three Birches you are not just booking a building you are booking the entire property. We have plenty of space to spread out Indoor and outdoor.

Cove Acre Farms was a working livestock farm for much of the 20th century, and still bears the character of those years. It was transformed into an event venue in 2014 by the Wright family. The Johnson family purchased the farm in early 2018 and have since turned it to one of the most unique wedding barns in Alabama. The barn is surrounded by farmland as far as can be seen, with a clear creek that flows through the property year round. The barn is approximately 14,000 square feet including two large, open balconies. The lower level includes bride and groom rooms with private baths. You may hold your event where you would like on the property, though we do have a few suggestions. The barn offers a large room downstairs, and a beautiful wooden dance floor and stage upstairs for indoor events. Outdoor options include: a lovely arbor in a manicured lawn, in front of mature hardwood trees, or one of several creek-side settings.

The Golden Door Event Hall is conveniently located outside the city of Atlanta off of Interstate 20. The ballroom can hold a maximum of 150 guests banquet style. The ballrooms are a blank canvas so you can decorate to your liking with no restrictions. We offer both ceremony and reception space.

Historic Red Farm offers multiple ceremony options for your vows. A popular ceremony site is our gentle sloping lawn overlooking a picturesque lake surrounded by rolling hills. This is but a short walk from the house down a freshly mowed meadow.

These lush, beautiful gardens back up to 135 acres of protected woodlands and are the perfect setting for your wedding ceremony. You'll be surrounded by hundreds of azaleas, hostas, ferns, Japanese maples and the natural wildwood on your special day. Guests will be free to relax on our patios or along the path following the creek. We make everything easy and simple from setting up your decorations to packing them up when you depart so you can focus on what matters on your wedding day - each other. We're an outdoor venue with 2 options for your ceremony - the Gazebo or the Azalea Meadow. Either space can accommodate up to 25 people.
