As of right now we are only offering only overnight stays for the wedding party or any other vacation rental purpose. Many weddings take place each year in the surrounding areas of Virginia, DC and Maryland and the wedding party has really enjoyed staying at Juniper Acres. Our location has also been used for family reunions, couples getaways, business retreats and so much more. During your stay there are so many outdoor activities nearby like canoeing, fishing, kayaking, zip line, hiking trails, breweries, wineries and distilleries.

We are a hotel with newly renovated event spaces, nestled within the beautiful Shenandoah Valley. We provide easy access to dozens of local wineries and the Shenandoah National Park as well as Skyline Drive.

Under the Oaks Farm is a privately-owned and managed 100-acre event & wedding estate situated in the beautiful VA countryside, offering a personal, intimate and memorable experience and a unique and spectacular wedding locale in a beautiful farm/barn setting. The home dates back to the turn-of-the-century, with renovations made in 2018, preserving the original architecture and existing furnishings. The estate is authentic, historic, and eager to be the hosting venue for your most important day! We have a history of hosting a variety of special events and weddings, and can assist with planning your big day! We offer a variety of wedding day packages and onsite lodging for up to 12 guests. Pearmund Cellars is a stunning winery set in the heart of Virginia's oldest chardonnay vineyard. There are a multitude of picturesque spots to make your wedding the romantic escape you've been looking for. Get married by the barn or under our beautiful willow tree. Have the reception outside on our beautiful patio and grounds overlooking the vineyard or for a smaller wedding of 40 or less, our Italian-tiled barrel room is the perfect setting.
